Im dreading proficiency signs offs this year! I start my first placement as a 4th year nursing student first week of November - but im technically a first year as its a new field and the proficiencies are all the same as my past field and are apparently almost inpossible to get signed off on them as they're hardly related to my new field 🤦🏽♀️😭🙏🏽
