I've run my own same day courier service for many years dealing with all sorts of people and customers from one person businesses to international mega companies and even utility companies and government departments. I learned many years ago to deal with men whenever possible because in general they are logical and understanding and most importantly they listen. With a couple of exceptions, whenever I've dealt with women there's been hassle and drama and they like to talk and not listen. Just like the marketing lady in the video. As an example, I often spend a lot of time waiting for "urgent" loads to be finished and prepared for delivery. I allow for 30 minutes waiting time at each end which is basically an hour for which I'm not being paid. If it goes over 30 minutes I charge for my time in 15 minute intervals. Nobody likes paying somebody to sit around and nobody likes sitting around waiting without being paid but in general, male customers fully accept this. Women really don't like it though and even though it's in my terms and conditions which is provided when I'm booked for a job they often expect me to waive the fee. They also expect every journey to the same destination to have the same travel time. If my delivery is 400 miles away there are a lot of things that can go wrong and create delays as I'm sure any normal person can understand. As soon as the delay is going to become an issue I inform the customer and tell them I will do whatever I can to get past it quickly. Again, men generally accept this but ladies start making demands. They often tell me to break the speed limits once I'm clear of the delay to catch up which I tell them I couldn't even if I wanted to because of speed limiters and my driving licence. They've even told me I should have planned ahead and avoided the hold ups. It's difficult to avoid when a multi vehicle collision blocks every lane of the motorway a mile ahead of you. I've even been told to turn off the motorway and to drive up the hard shoulder. That'll be NO! After dealing with a company for a fair amount of time most of the men tell me not to phone when I get held up because they know I'll do everything I can to get it there as quickly as I can but I've never once had a woman say that. They need to micromanage and be in control. I'm not anti woman and I am fully in support of equal opportunities and equal pay for equal work, I'm just explaining the differences in attitudes and expectations between men and women that I regularly experience.

It's concerning that they want your details. Are they wanting to pin some internal theft on you (knowing they did it) or send you malicious communication through the post?
Exactly, same with those send us your dna and we will tell you a lot of guff you want to hear sites. I wouldn't trust them for exactly those very reasons.
Great interactions BP, your explanations (even though most took a while to get through) were very well delivered. I can’t for the life of me understand why you’re still on 10k subs.
My aim is to be polite, but if they get aggressive, I will stand my ground! I have decided, even though that being aggressive gets more views and more income, that’s not how I want my channel to be
Can we have your details is a strange question. It's like they have access to a police database where they can do a background check on you or something. If they had your details, what exactly do they expect to do with that information?
Unsurprisingly, believe it or not, there are a lot of public bodies and ordinary Companies DO have access albeit limited. Only learned that recently. Scary stuff, who does have the access.
They think that they can pass it on to the Police and get people into trouble. Only an idiot would provide personal information to a stranger, especially ones without any authority to demand it.

Good oneBP. I see there are still people who need educating. Which you did respectfully. They all seem to come out as well with the same steel same list of excuses as to why you shouldn’t fly your drone. It’s pathetic. I enjoyed the video BP.

You know she's building her career on that p1ss poor attitude. You can tell by the car park lads reaction, as well as the type of phrases she was using, that she has potential to be a nasty, underhand type with zero respect from those around.
This is the first time I could see why they were worried 😧. The amount of waste stored outside is concerning. Is it safe. I think it would need more than 1 fire engine on site. 👹
The employees who do the real labour good cordial fellas. 👍 ⭐⭐⭐ Historically, Wastecare was Loscoe Grove and Don Pedro Colliiery spoils piles (mostly the wooded area in drone footage). Loscoe Grange was beside the colliery. Most of the area collieries were worked out and closed by late 1970s.
The bunch of lads at the start were down to earth and friendly; total contrast to the tyrants and clueless muppets who don't know basic laws. Photography in a public place or from a place with implied public access is perfectly legal. Flying a sub 250 gram drone over a private business is perfectly legal. Really enjoyable visit Bill, great interactions. I wonder why they had a double decker bus? I'm concerned about the stock-piling of those bags, seems odd. Anyway, good luck with the 10k, you'll easily get there. Best, Dan.
It looks a lot less like recycling and more like an illegal fly tipping site, shite piled up in almost all available spare space. Place needs looking at by whatever official body oversees these “Waste Management” sites.
I seriously hope that’s not white bags filled with confidential documents haha you could have just exposed a scam. Getting paid to destroy documents and not actually destroying them. Great video buddy 😂😂😂❤
How disappointing not a single " NOT ALLOWED" hahahaha. very pleasant staff who I reckon are a credit to the company. They now know much more about public photography and drone laws. Pretty impressive array of solar panels there! not often there are as many as that!
Great video just amazed that marketing lady you would think would be aware of public photography but no and wasn’t really wanting to be educated! Also, the guy in blue vest manager? Again assuming he reasonably well educated am staggered wanting to vett your video footage again no knowledge of laws regarding drones and photography and lo and behold what was in the yard ? Full of self importance. Love your style and your knowledge of law regarding photography you remind me of Ran Dom outings sadly he no longer puts up videos all power to you .
Really enjoying your audits mate, you're one of the best. Love when they come out prepared to tell you what to do, but before you give them a chance, you put them in their place immediately, and they are at a loss for words 😂
I didn't think you could buy the airspace from CAA..BECAUSE YOU CANT... and not giving your private details to total strangers for NOT breaking any laws...you bad man 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Having worked in waste management most of my life, I can tell you the guy in the orange vest was having a panic attack - and for good reason. I don't know what the environmental laws are like in the UK, but if that was Canada, they'd be shut down instantly.
IF YOU PHONE OR EMAIL THEM THEY WILL JUST SAY NO,,A COMPETITOR CAN COME HERE AND DO THE SAME THING IF YOU GOT SOME THING OUT SIDE THAT YOU DONT WANT ANY ONE TO SEE PUT IT IN SIDE OR BUY A BIG TENT
I like the way the paper is weighed down with old tyres . . . professional, secure management of confidential documents . . . imagine if that lot went up in flames. . big fine for the directors. . . and a new job for Miss Pork-Chops-R-Us
She’s been on the GDPR course where they bang on about consent. There are SIX legal bases for processing personal data such as people’s pictures. Consent is one of those. My favourite is “economic necessity”.
She has competitors , yep , and if they want to know what she is up to , they will have ALREADY droned her site. Very passive aggressive at one point when she could see she is not getting her way .
These people are desperate to prove to you BP that they are so very important and that they are so in charge of a very secret and important site! It’s more to the point that they are worried that you might see something that contravenes Health & Safety!! 😂😂
As a person who works closely with finance and GDPR directly. This has highlighted some concirns on what they do with the paper waste. I'm guessing they shred it into pulp 1st then put it out for natural decomposition before another stage. That said it feels like they might be taking on more than their facility can process and what were witnessing is that
bp visits you need a basic DJI osmo pocket camera which has a gimbal which when close up would give you footage with no wobble etc better than a phone plus gumball .. plus eBay they are cheap about £120/£150 with extras like lenses gimbal control pad add on plus loads more like a selfie stick with tripod extra etc that are great with blue tooth tech etc . love your videos just sometimes one on one you get a bit of wobble which on a TV lol makes you feel weird like being on a ship lol
I do have a dji pocket 2 and a dji osmo action! Check out the description in all of my videos for the kit I use, sometimes it’s just how it goes with whichever camera you are using at the time
@@bpvisits sorry don't always read the description because sometimes they are blank . I didn't know like the best ones state kit used. I can agree the osmo pocket camera is great but only slower action. not great if people are constantly moving. I'm still learning with mine did hours of holiday footage only to get home to find out 60% I held the selfie/tripod stick too high and just videoed tops of buildings, boats and much more with blue sky being 80% of what you see 🤣😂. got to sort and view the drone footage I got of our camp and site . parkdean westbay 😉👌we was lucky it was 100% hot and sunny . the odd cloud was a bonus sleeping and living in a tent in mid September LOL 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Ownership of airspace is more complicated than to say ‘they don’t own it’ , that one of the workers mentioned , but better to say , as you did , they don’t ‘Control the airspace’
If you can see screens through the windows THEY have breached GDPR not you. If they don’t understand GDPR they probably should learn about it. They want your information so ask for theirs, name, home address, personal phone number etc.
Another informative visit. Those employees tried very hard to put a stop to the filming, until they realised that you knew far more about filming, photography and GDPR than they do. Impressive.
@BP Visits, have you ever thought of giving a small flyer that gives people the rules, laws and source material so the very moment people like her starts to talk rubbish like that then they have a chance to apologise and welcome you to ask them any questions. We need to start addressing these misconceptions
Holy smokes... Those waste storage piles are a fire hazard. Obviously, they don't want to pay for disposal so just stock pile it, anywhere they can. One for environmental to check I think.
Google earth camera's are a lot stronger. Probably pick out a flea on a dogs back. But your drone camera is good. But couldn't pick up the names on the pallets in the yard. They are making a mountain out of a mole hill. Great Audit anyway.
That passive aggressive woman must smell really bad judging by the speed the lads scattered when she showed up. The second she used the "P" word (permission) that conversation was effectively over.
Was a good video loved it when their attitudes changed when they realised you knew what you was talking about and glad it turned out well in the end from their side. You explained it very well.

Really enjoyable visit Bill, great interactions. I wonder why they had a double decker bus? I'm concerned about the stock-piling of those bags, seems odd. Anyway, good luck with the 10k, you'll easily get there. Best, Dan.
thanks for the support my friend!
Great video buddy 😂😂😂❤
hehe, I wonder!
I completely appreciate as long as you do as I say
How disappointing not a single " NOT ALLOWED" hahahaha. very pleasant staff who I reckon are a credit to the company.
They now know much more about public photography and drone laws.
Pretty impressive array of solar panels there! not often there are as many as that!
NOW WE KNOW WHAT THEY DIDNT WANT YOU TO SEE
The lady is just making herself look a fool & proving that she doesn’t know the law
You can tell which ones went to university !
The last video Random Outings did the guy gave him so much hassle,he decided that was it and after what happened to him at IPB i cannot blame him.
Really enjoying your audits mate, you're one of the best. Love when they come out prepared to tell you what to do, but before you give them a chance, you put them in their place immediately, and they are at a loss for words 😂
Love watching your videos you are clearly a smart chap 👍
Thanks 👍
Greetings from across the pond. I stumbled across your videos a few months back and have been a avid viewer ever since very entertaining.
Welcome aboard! and thanks for watching!
@@bpvisits. . . .it's a posh way of saying he's from Gosport 😮. ..😅
Really interesting drone footage, BP. How on earth are they going to empty that silo that's full up with bagged waste?
I didn't think you could buy the airspace from CAA..BECAUSE YOU CANT... and not giving your private details to total strangers for NOT breaking any laws...you bad man 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
I know! i'm so sorry...😂😂
Would never use that company to destroy my confidential information if they leave it visible to the public.
. . . . That's what they were worried about !😮
Yep.B.P. I'm not asking for permission.. I'm TELLING you what is going to happen ....you have no say in the matter.
exactly!
Well done for standing your ground. Very entertaining stuff.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Oh dear, they come out guns blazing then ask politely if you will leave them alone. They want to be right and they want to win the arguement.
Looks like they have a waste problem which they can’t get rid of, maybe that’s why they were so twitchy?
Yeah I think they were well aware that their back yard is full of 💩 and messy!!
@@KayD. . . and possibly a fire hazard under certain conditions😮
she has been to university, that makes her so smart and worldly wise.
I like the way the paper is weighed down with old tyres . . . professional, secure management of confidential documents . . . imagine if that lot went up in flames. . big fine for the directors. . . and a new job for Miss Pork-Chops-R-Us
Just tell them to look up the law, saves time, then get on with it.
She’s been on the GDPR course where they bang on about consent.
There are SIX legal bases for processing personal data such as people’s pictures.
Consent is one of those.
My favourite is “economic necessity”.
Seems to me that the Environment Agency should be having a good look at this site!! Looks dodgy to me
Interesting waste management arrangements going on around the back and out of site, seems legit.
Out of common courtesy, you should have asked Miss Marketing out to.dinner. Just saying. Congrats on 10k in advance!
She has competitors , yep , and if they want to know what she is up to , they will have ALREADY droned her site.
Very passive aggressive at one point when she could see she is not getting her way .
Is there anything that brings warm fuzzy feelings deep down inside more than ' The Samich Guys!' The world stops when they show up! 😋😋😋😋😋
These people are desperate to prove to you BP that they are so very important and that they are so in charge of a very secret and important site!
It’s more to the point that they are worried that you might see something that contravenes Health & Safety!! 😂😂
Well handled BP, that's your best interaction to date IMO, solid performance 10 / 10 for BP :-)
Thank you so much!
Marketing lady was very reasonable, and professional. Asset to the company. Not to mention eye candy.
What about a 737 on approach to a local airport. Do they contact the airline to say they are not permitted to fly over their site ?
I think they have already obtained written permission from them to fly over 😂😂😂
It’s good to see passers by know more than marketing people 😅😅
Never forget asking nicely and it being a courtesy over rides you legal rights!! 😜😜
Self important waffle interviews...always conducted by people who don't like your answers and know sod all about the law. They just love to say "no"!
Ownership of airspace is more complicated than to say ‘they don’t own it’ , that one of the workers mentioned , but better to say , as you did , they don’t ‘Control the airspace’
Exactly
Great for bluntly standing your ground , perfect from start to finish 😊
If you can see screens through the windows THEY have breached GDPR not you. If they don’t understand GDPR they probably should learn about it. They want your information so ask for theirs, name, home address, personal phone number etc.
Another informative visit. Those employees tried very hard to put a stop to the filming, until they realised that you knew far more about filming, photography and GDPR than they do. Impressive.
Parks tend to be council owned but have No Drone notices :(
Lol when they ask what's your channel, you should say it's DJ Audits
they may twig that he hasnt got the dull talking yorkshire accent that I have!
@@bpvisits. . by 'eck lad, it's champion ! . . . . Faultless delivery. . . as always.. . a reet grand dey out.
@BP Visits, have you ever thought of giving a small flyer that gives people the rules, laws and source material so the very moment people like her starts to talk rubbish like that then they have a chance to apologise and welcome you to ask them any questions.
We need to start addressing these misconceptions
Do you really think they would take the time to read anything I gave them?
09:15 are we not gonner talk about that ST Mondeo 😍
Best one yet.
Thank you!
Holy smokes... Those waste storage piles are a fire hazard. Obviously, they don't want to pay for disposal so just stock pile it, anywhere they can. One for environmental to check I think.
Everyone is being obstructive when your doing something that they don’t like and is hurting there feelings that’s facts
I said 8/10 before you scored them. Seemed like a chilled place to work
Google earth camera's are a lot stronger.
The guy in the blue polo top starts swaying side to side ... a classic sign of someone who is butt hurt and swaying to comfort himself.
Well done Bill excellently executed well presented 😂
Thank you!
@bpvisits it was brilliantly done pal. You kept in control
Was a good video loved it when their attitudes changed when they realised you knew what you was talking about and glad it turned out well in the end from their side. You explained it very well.
Glad you enjoyed it
A very good audit and very nice staff
Thank you!
It would be much simpler if you handed out DJ ket fobs, you would get to post without being taken down and DJ would get more hits! Perfect! LOL
Wow what a load of rubbish......in that yard and inside the silo but great video BP as always.
Thanks 👍
Definitely top notch video footage and interactions BP the best from you yet 👏
Marks BP : 10 out of 10 keep them cameras rolling stay safe buddie 👍👊😊
Wow, thanks!
