    Do you think that acting can distruct the existing persona of a person while acting

      Thank you for your question.
      If done safely (meaning with a learned, safe process), then the actor is able to maintain a separation between the character and themself. In this way, the actor can fully dive into any moment, scene, or performance without having it effect their own life or persona.
      When an actor uses an unsafe process (such as working from actual traumatic events from their own life), this can create anxiety and stress in the actor outside of the role and can have serious mental and emotional effects that can be debilitating and long-term.
      This is why it's important for an actor to train in an organic process that allows the use of imagination to fuel the work.
