    17:44 Fran, you should learn to put frustration from behind the scenes discussions w Noah aside during shows. If you’re self aware enough to know you project that frustration during shows from conversations the listeners ain’t privy to then I don’t get why you’d continue being snippy to the listeners’ dismay. Kind of inappropriate and puts those of us who notice off. I also kinda doubt that the amount of constant snippy-ness Fran projects toward Noah is always from behind the scenes frustration because even during moments of simple difference in opinion or where he’s just breathed too hard, he is instantly talked down to. Fran labels it their funny dynamic but it’s pretty mean spirited. Ain’t a good look. Like, if you don’t like him then maybe just stop working together and let him go.

Ria and Fran are right, this is a business and It is completely unprofessional to talk to a coworker like this. I actually can't believe he just up and walked out, as a dentist- if my assistant just left while we were in the middle of a procedure, he would be reprimanded immediately lmfao. All these comments saying oh he made a mistake leave him be clearly have no idea what professionalism is. NOW the girls talking about it for 30 min to the rest of us?? maybe a bit much- that would be like me having the patient come back and bitching at my assistant in front of the patient about the situation so uncomfortable. Address the issue, apologize to us and solve it behind closed doors. ick to all of it.

    I feel like they made it huge a deal when they did not have to bring it up in front of their guest (unprofessional)- and could have waited until after the show. Fran is trying to redeem herself from her mean humor and sassy personality. Like that's your natural banter- which is fine so don't blame it on producer issues....
    also the silent treatment is immature and emotionally abusive... handle it like adults. not passive aggressiveness.

    • @kaylayost1453
      @kaylayost1453 Год назад +11

      It was a huge deal, it was inappropriate to leave like that. Silent treatment isn't emotionally abusive if they already explained what he did wrong. They don't have to go back to being super friendly right away if they're still upset. They'll move on when they forgive him which will most likely not be that long since they are friends and work together.

    • @bh7904

      Exactly! I agree the professional thing to do is not discuss it during interview and then also handle it between yourselves. Giving Noah the silent treatment and threatening to embarrass him with a video is just as (if not more) unprofessional. It’s immature and fosters a toxic/hostile work culture. He acknowledged he made a mistake and that he won’t do it again, and showed remorse. What else do you want from him?!?! Why does he also need to be punished with a silent treatment or with embarrassment? It’s so immature, cruel, and unnecessary.

    The scenario in which Austin would get up in the middle of BFFS and leave while not alerting Dave or getting his permission is definitely *not* a “direct correlation” to this scenario where Noah did it to y’all, Ria. Dave is constantly yelling at Austin and abrasive lol. He is not only the boss at barstool but he does not have anywhere near as much of a friendship with his employees as y’all do with Noah. He puts a professional foot forward at all times. The dynamic between you 3, as Noah mentioned, is completely different. That was apples and oranges. Obviously respect is deserved during work nonetheless. But y’all can’t foster friendships with co-workers and blur the lines between that and professionalism and b surprised that a co worker acts upon it. Obviously Noah was wrong in the scenario but yeah. I understood why he felt it was appropriate also considering the guest even tho completely uncalled for.

    I think people think this show is all fun and games but this is how they make money. The company as a whole is struggling to make money like all digital media companies are going through. There were huge layoffs and people are looking at shows and making sure that they are profitable. You can’t just walk out on recording. I understand people were uncomfortable about the conversation happening on the episode because most of these conversations happen off air but I think it was important to be said.

  • @kloveskiwi

    It seems to me the three of them need group therapy 😬 because the relationship between these three goes on for so many years, there may be unseen factors that impact their ability to communicate ... in both directions ... in either case, I don't like this being aired. Which is ironic because Fran was airing all the dirty laundry and calling Noah unprofessional... while airing dirty laundry which seems inherently unprofessional to me. I don't want to watch all this as a viewer.

    • @kloveskiwi
      @kloveskiwi Год назад +6

      Oof, as this goes on in gets worse for me. Noah asking what would've happened if they had been there when he returned from his haircut and Fran saying she would've yelled at him ... really disappointing. That's abusive. As a viewer, I expect people (especially the hosts) to behave respectfully and with integrity ... even when they are disappointed. My belief that you guys do treat each other well is what makes me enjoy this show. Really disappointed to watch this air out on an episode and even worse to see the missing communication and emotion regulation skills.

    • @kloveskiwi
      @kloveskiwi Год назад +6

      And Noah, don't ask for punishment. Punishing him is gross and demeaning... You guys need help communicating your issues. Noah - stand up for yourself... maybe you need to work somewhere else. And if Fran and Ria don't like how Noah works as a producer, fire him and find someone else - set a boundary. Don't be abusive. Super disappointing to see it play out like this.

Is the “silent treatment” immature, yeah. But he deserved it. He should feel embarrassed because he straight up embarrassed them in front of the guest. Also why wouldn’t he have told them before the interview started? He could have mentioned it before and even told the guest he wasn’t trying to be rude. Once the relationship ends, it doesn’t matter what plans you had. He wants to co-parent between US/England which is hard and I feel sad for both of them and the children the most. But why is he a villain for wanting to be with his children? I just don’t think we can villianize either one of them. We do not know these people and having a divorce be so public when little children are involved has to be extremely hard on both of them.

      Wut are you ok? This is a grown man in a job. She’s rightfully angry. Noah is not a child Jesus

      @@Dani-rz8djand she is a grown woman trying to give a grown man she works with the “silent treatment” like a child. Everyone makes mistakes, no one is perfect.

      Wow relax. Anyone who has a job would know that you can't just leave in the middle of a meeting or obligation? It's not crazy that they called him out on it. There's a lot of jobs where the repercussions would be more intense than that

    so what about her parading her child in NYC, now you don't want to talk about her calling the paps for these 2 STRAIGHT nights with Taylor and with her child? Lmao I am not even a fan of either of them really, but I really hate how shady Sophie has been to Priyanka and other brown women, and so I'm so here for her shadiness getting exposed. Don't be having double std of Joe getting "papped" with his kids and assuming he did it, when this whole thing plus her having her kid along isn't one all of a sudden?

      Sophie has been shady to Priyanka and brown women? Explain. You can just throw out an accusation like that.

    40:00 How can you be a Jonas Brothers stan (I saw that interview you got with them in Colorado, and the way Priyanka embraced you at a later show) and say you 'liked seeing' the meet up of Taylor Swift and Sophie Turner? How fake. That was the pettiest thing i've seen in a long time- jonas brothers fan or not. If it was truly about two girls talking about their shared experiences, they would have done so in private. For them to orchestrate a public outing for the paparazzi is so childish and lame. Shame on you for calling yourself a fan of the Jonas Brothers- I remembered you as the Nick girl.

      I'm a JoBro fan but that doesn't meant they aren't infallible. What Joe and his PR team did in the beginning was trash. And his behavior is trash. He's always been a douche. Love him as a singer but let's be honest here. The only good one is Kevin.

    I cannot at anyone defending his behaviour and/or saying an apology should suffice. Every person is bigger than a single mistake they make but gosh what he did is unimaginable, like it’s work not your family dinner that you can just get up and leave. It’s an unorthodox work situation that is why it’s being handled in an unorthodox way.
