I didn’t receive the snow globe because there weren’t anymore. In fact I’ve not received a replacement gift as of yet. I will NEVER purchase Dior beauty products again. Dior has displayed unprofessional, unacceptable, deceptive business practices in my opinion. So happy you received your gift.

I assumed the same for this year hence why I didn't eye my emails closely. They definitely lost me as a loyal customer; customer service was incredibly rude too. My mini candle and hand soap is sitting in a clutter bin in the garage. That holiday replacement gift was an absolute slap in the face to platinum members! Absolutely garbage to me.
First year platinum member and i got the snowglobe. I recieved the email at 12:30pm checked out at 12:37pm People started saying it was sold out at 12:40pm
I’m annoyed that Dior changed the spend amount more than halfway through the year for platinum. I was platinum before but no way was I going to spend so much more to remain platinum. Plus they messed up my blue eyeshadow palette order (the one that came out o er the summer) when the distribution center took it upon themselves to return it to Dior (long story) and I couldn’t reorder since it was “sold out”. Terrible customer service from Dior in 2024 and I’m still salty about it.
