There is, yeah. The upper floors are missing some furnitures. I couldn't get to the hotel rooms to see what they look like. I wanted to sneak into Quinn's "safe room" so I can surprise him, but it's always locked.
As much fun as this game is, I feel like the whole "hacking bank accounts for money" thing, while a cool mechanic, is way too overpowered. The amount of money you get early on is way too high, especially for the cost of weapons. I had bought every weapon before completing the 4th mission, and I didn't even realise it. If they make a Watch Dogs 2, I hope they lower the cash you earn, and raise the price of weapons and ammo, as well as make ammo harder to come by, to more justify the weapon stores.

Play the shell game in the Wards after the guy moves the cups, go to the pause menu and depending on the brightness setting you can see which cup is covering the ball. It's not as easy to see if you play the shell game in other parts of the city for some reason.

Like mine is the worst it can get and every time in walk in a gun shop or clothing store the tv inside turns on and talks about Aiden being a bad guy and 9/10 times the owner will call the cops on me and I have to escape the scans
Yeah if you have a bad reputation its hater to buy guns and amo because the shop owner might press the silent alarm. I recommend trying to gain a good reputation! It makes it harder for the police to find you as well because people dont report you.

If u press start at the ball game you can kind of see the ball but look carefully. Cause this game has X-ray vision in its pause screen

Here is something useful. Pause the game during the shell game. the ball's "digital shadow" for say, is visible just barely through the cups

Escape the police by getting in a boat. They don't follow you and you just have to shoot the guy in a helicopter. Drive off and you'll be safe.
