The Fistful of Yen segment you refer to is a truncated yet nearly shot by shot remake spoof on Bruce Lee's Enter the Dragon. Even much of the dialogue is reused, just in a more comedic manner.
A classic that I was lucky to see not only in theatres, but at the theatre used in the film - The Rialto Theatre in South Pasadena. Still memorable after all these years.
