I made this game in scratch before you but the sprite changes every time you click
you could turn this into an aim trainer
For 1 month, you aren't doing to badly. 100k is a lot, and it only multiplies from there.

Instead of average reaction time, I suggest a timer, starts with 10 seconds and counts down, if it reached 0, you lose. But each time you click the button you add 2 seconds to the timer, and there is no limit to how much you can go, but you could also add a scoring system with the other idea of mine, where each time you click, the score increases.
