French Bread in Breville Bread Machine

Making French Bread using just bread flour, water, salt, and bread yeast.

Oh wow, I'll be making this recipe tomorrow morning. Thanks for the video :) We just found one of these exact Breville bread machines in almost new condition tonight, on the kurb. It seems to work great too.

I like putting a little salt in my bread mix. I couldn't tell you why, I just do. 😉
