I hope Horacio doesn’t really think they lost because of HIS performance 🤦🏼♀️ I hated how the pressure for that daily really only lands on the person putting up the letters. I would’ve loved to see something that required everyone to do more. Make it harder for people to get away with throwing dailies
Hypocrits are the most dramatic. It's still unhinged, because you know it's projecting their guilt and almost a misery loves company meets casting the first stone. But not surprising. I'd like to know who are really snakes in their private lives versus just TV. But Michelle has always made me cringe with how she panics about people treating her how she treats them, even if its a game. Just calm down a bit when the tables turn.

Something I’ve said over the past few seasons but the Challenge really needs to bring back last place goes straight into elimination, I hate that there’s no penalty for losing and it’s just about the numbers. Also notice how Emanuel is quietly in these strategy talks, is he even in Jay and Michele’s alliance?
Agreed. They should also bring back the life shield or give some sort of immunity to elim winners so they can’t go into the next eligible elimination. I’m tired of seeing the same ppl go in every time.
Has there ever been a season with so many confessionals that talk big, and then everyone does nothing? It feels like EVERY nomination and confessional is skippable.
I really do appreciate how Kyland appreciates the champs for what they’ve both created for us fans and their accomplishments of winning by there own strengths. A future champ in the making. Maybe season 41.
I think Olivia is a good partner and she was doing all the social and political game play in their first season with Horacio the physical beast. I honestly think if she was not injured they could have won.
Jay and Michelle hate that they can’t shake Horacio and manipulate him into being their puppet. The 2 of them are soo insecure. Horacio is awesome. He maybe hes boring socially to some, but I personally love his mental fortitude.
Jay is the next Fessy. Talks big and shows nothing to back it up. Jay can be glad he is alligned with Michelle otherwise he would be in the elimination every time. For that reason i hope Michelle and Jay are gone soon. Can't stand those two
I liked Jay when he was an underdog in his friend season and pulled out some surprising elimination victories against people like CT. I also liked Michelle her first season, but once these two saw more screen time, I realized how much they suck. I can’t believe they have so much power this season. Like how???
I'm becoming a Kyland fan this season. Used to love Jay his first few seasons but as time goes, he's just not what I look for in a challenger. Love Nurys tho!!!! She's not afraid to speak her mind and is loyal!
Kyland starting to become a hero. Never liked Jay he's all talk and seems like a d-bag. If none of the Vets like you, there is something there. I agree with you with Nury.
I could not agree more. I have always hated Michelle so much, but I loved Jay. He has let power go to his head though and now is no longer fun to watch. If he was on a real season the vets would put him in his place real quick!
I legit thought the same thing. He was such a different person before. However, that could have just been him trying to have a good first impression on the challenge
people may not like it but he’s playing the game and has the numbers. granted he didn’t have to go nuclear on Kyland but at least he had the balls to do so. he knew they thought they had the numbers when they didn’t so now he has a bigger reason to go after them and that was his purpose. and after playing 3 seasons of being on the bottom in my opinion it’s nice to see him have some swing. but in all honesty it’s nothing different it’s how every top dog competitor/ person with numbers acts every season, people are just complaining it’s Jay bc there are no seasoned vets to do the same exact thing and make Jay the underdog. long story short he is playing a great game and i respect that. plus everyone forgets it’s a game and there are STILL 16 COMPETITORS LEFT, but everyone cant be safe these crybabies have to get over it and compete if they don’t have the numbers

The thing about Horocio is that he doesn't care about his social game because he doesn't care if he goes into an elimination. He could defeat most anyone they throw at him. We need a purge. There are way too many challengers still in the game. I'm hoping this mini final will get rid of some people.

Can we please talk about how Olivia threw Horacio under the bus and didn’t protect him. But then had the nerve to tell Horacio that she has been defending him. And I love Horacio so much and how naïve and innocent he is to think that Olivia tried her best to not have his name be called. And for him to think that she was actually defending him at the Club. This whole episode was actually frustrating. I love his pure heart.
Same here! He doesn’t want to be fake and try to convince people not to say his name. He actually wants to compete and win. It’s just refreshing to see someone with real character.
She’s acting like a jealous girlfriend, honestly. She’s constantly pissed when he’s talking to anyone that isn’t her and is upset that he actually has friends this season. So rather than be a good friend and be supportive even though they’re in opposing alliances (they way Horacio is choosing to support her), she throws a fit and cries about how she carried him last season and he’s a bad friend. I really like Olivia last season, but the victim card she’s playing this season is pretty gross to me. I’m pulling so hard for Kyland, Horacio, Ed (if he gets out from under Michelle), or Ravyn ( now that she’s smartening back up).
I really hope that Kyland, Horacio and Rayvn get the respect they deserve their next season. I think the vets will, especially kyland winning against 2 champs while keep his composure after being the house vote almost everytime

They dropped the ball on Chaos. It should have been that you must win an elimination to qualify for the final. They would all be scrambling to go in and also terrified of the champs.
Of course I would love for CT's elimination to be something physical but the great thing about CT (and why I think he's the G*O*A*T) is that he's very smart and very good at puzzles - he can pretty much do it all. They show him with the mace in one of the previews so I hope he picks Jay - I wish he could pick Michelle. LOL
Right! I'm hoping ANYONE will win this season over Jay and Michelle. But I have a feeling like they're gonna give it to Michelle this season... 1st person to win a survivor season AND a challenge season. I think the production wants Michelle to win, hard core.
It is annoying but it's hard to fault Jay & Michelle. The problem is the voting methods. I've been suggesting for weeks it feels like that once you survive a draw you are safe until the end of Chaos OR everyone else has completed a turn at the Draw OR if the Chaos Mace was pulled.
Not the first survivor to win a challenge. That goes to Turbo way back if your counting overall survivor. US players it’d be Danny and Sarah USA S1, then Chris and Desi for S2.

This was me 😂 seeing Jay go round the house to ask why his name is being thrown out🙄. At least he now knows that some people are not playing a scared game. Kyland came to play this season better than his 1st, so far 👌.

Colleen let Corey get in her head and Olivia and Nurys let Jay get in their heads. So annoying. I hope he loses the mini final daily and CT picks him for elimination and shows him how to really play the challenge 😂
According to Kyland, Nurys was meant to burn vote because prior to deliberation, James and Colleen said they would go against Jay but they changed last minute.
The trailer did look promising but it’s better to hope for the best and expect the worse lol. There is a comment in their from Kyland that made it sound like some people might be squirming.
I introduced my girlfriend to the challenge a few years ago, I want to say during Total Madness. I had to go back and show her seasons before that and say, listen, I swear, this show WAS good. We used to get good competitors who are not scared of being eliminated because they had other sources of income instead of reality television.
The new challengers over the last few years play scared games. Pre-Total Madness seasons were so much better. I also think production made it easier to skate by on alliances.
I think it just shows the kind of competitor he is. As someone who's played team sports my entire life, I kind of get it. But I also like the fact that he's never scared to fight for his place in the game by going down. Honestly, I don't know if he realizes he was sabotaged, he sometimes has terrible tunnel vision and need to be more aware of what's going on around him.

Olivia is pissing me off, like you’re complaining about Horacio not talking to you like B you know you have the option to make the first move and talk to him. Michelle and Jay as the leaders this season…I really hope that their soldiers wake up and realize they are being used. Also I’m 100% calling it Jay vs CT next week. CT needs redemption!
I have a new respect for Kyland. He’s well rounded and brings out the fight during eliminations! Hope he continues to do well. I now am not that into Horacio. He’s too scary!!
I'm so over Michele and Jay at this point. The daily was fun to watch and the elimination was refreshing after the last 2 weeks. Hoping Asaf gets the boot next week cause I can't handle seeing him on my screen for more than 1 show at a time.
Kyland beat 2 champs this season and none his elimination was a puzzle and they were elimination where the outside couldn't help ( They wouldn't have help him anyway but you get me). He won them fair and square. Kyland is one of those rare one of a kind players. Similarly to Horacio, he's a very complete player. He's very strong physically and at the same time very smart which is why he's a huge threat in a finale and Jay and his cult want him out.
The worst thing about the season is it seems there is an hour in the middle of each episode where it's just endless, meaningless talk about the votes. It's so bloated. Episodes should be 45 mins long.
Yeah. Just really bad editing. You know this group is hooking up all over and has drama they aren't bringing out in the open. Trying to hard to be survivor.
Kyland has been such a favorite of mine this season! Loved his relationship with Melissa ❤ i love his attitude when it comes to his love for the challenge champs and the game in general. Hes been a joy to watch. I really hope he makes it to the final! 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾He deserves it 😁
After this episode, not one sentence out of Colleen’s mouth should say “I’m on the bottom of the alliance, we need to shake the game up.” You had your chance 🤦🏽♂️. Moriah is just as dumb telling the plan because she’s not in top of the alliance totem pole either. Terrible gameplay, good elimination win for Kyland. Also I’m hoping for CT’s revenge going against Jay in the next elimination.
Not me hoping that TJ throws them a curveball right before the final stating that anyone left who has been in an elimination and has beaten a champ is immune from the purge. So far this season, there has only been a handful of people in the eliminations and TJ said it at the beginning, to be a champ, you need to beat a champ. More than half of these “knock offs” as Cara Maria called them haven’t even been in eliminations. I’m curious to see if it’s another “gold skull” season without the actual gold skull as to throw them off their games completely. Most champs have to face incredibly hard decisions throughout their games and seasons and even if they themselves were thrown in over and over again, they still came out victorious. The rest of the competitors who aren’t immune will have to go through a physical purge with all, some or most of the champs and whoever wins those may also go through. Because think about it, all the eliminations have been puzzles and such like that, nothing insanely physical like we’re used to seeing. But because this is the flagship season and not a one off, we should have hall brawls, balls in, pole wrestle, (yes kaycee and big t did it, but that’s like the only physical one this season and it was early on) etc. Idk just a theory.

Nobody willing to take moves that are in their best interest but instead are playing for michele and jay to win. On normal seasons (with the vets) they would go home pretty early because they’re lay-ups and untrustworthy. Also they’re very hypocritial remembering how Michele was butt hurt in SL&A when she was voted in twice and Jay in Total Madness as well. Loved them both on survivor but they are very different people now clearly
I agree, how Josh and Fessy are not on this season seems unfair. Even Cory and Nelson too. None of them are champs, they should be eligible for this season.
This episode irritated me so bad.. This whole season has annoyed me so bad... i would never be in an alliance with Colleen after what she did. How you go around and make an alliance with everyone thats at the bottom of michelle alliance just to go back on your word when its time to vote. Yeah that made me so mad. Never trust a person that's trying to play both sides because you don't wanna show who your really working with. I was so confused when they said they're about to make a big move but turned around and voted in kyland like how is that a big move when yall been throwing kyland down every time anyway and i don't like how asaf, michelle and jay is sitting so pretty like they're untouchable
The sad thing is Colleen, as a rookie in Season 38: Ride or Dies, she didn't play the game sideways now she's shown she doesn't care she wants a place for herself and Emmanuel that's about it.
So, I started rewatching this season, and I really appreciate the fact Kyland isn't afraid of being messy towards the big alliance. Fighting with Asaf after he lied to Melissa and with Jay (even though Kyland was very calm) makes me miss the way The Challenge used to be. Kyland knows what this show really is. At least this season has a couple of shining players who seem to actually like The Challenge and aren't afraid of being a bit messy/silly.
I think this cast doesnt work for the challenge because they take everything so personal. Its a game for money! its not about being the most loyal and likeable, its about winning the prize and being loyal to yourself and your game! I feel like the OGs understood that and despite how people moved on screen they were still friends outside the game.
The challenge had a mixture of people who will cut your throat and people who had integrity. It’s like they put all the people with integrity on one season 🤦♀️
Olivia needs to stop this paranoia about Horacio's loyalty, I understand her insecurities but instead of talking to other people like Jay she needs talk directly to him
It's so funny that she's campaigning about how he doesn't have her back and this last episode Horacio literally tells Olivia "don't sink your game trying to defend me" ....girl this man doesn't even want you to try and save him (which you WEREN'T even trying to do, let's be clear) if it puts your game at jeopardy. Not gonna lie, Jay and Michelle are cowards. They think they’re better than everyone else when they haven’t been in a final. There alliance is crumbling and hopefully those two will get a sweet taste of karma.
And i really hope when ct comes in he calls out jay because i remember when he pulled the chaos pole during the trailer. Jay sent ct home on jay first season i believe. So yeah i hope ct calls out jay and please send him home cause im tired of the champions losing during the elimination. Now i was happy that raven and kyland won the past few eliminations but i was irritated when they gave cara a puzzle to do during her elimination. I wanted her to send michelle home
What the heck is wrong with Jay trying to blow his own game. He never was in any kind of danger of being the house vote yet he goes off bonkers creating an even bigger divide and pissing people off.
I believe it's part of Olivia's strategy to paint a target on Horacio's back. She's intimidated by him and knows she will not beat him in a final. Going around to every player in the game to cry about how he doesn't have your back is politicking. She ain't slick. Also, she's jealous of his relationship with Nurys. She wants to be the main girl and not the side chick.
Jay reminds me of the dude from game of thrones that hides with Sam’s wife when the wildlings attack, and then Jon cuts his head off and right before he does it the guy goes I’m scared I’ve always been scared, that’s Jay thinking of ever having to go into a elimination, lol. You gotta love Horacio he just doesn’t give a shit to play a social game, I mean if he just made a minimum effort he probably wouldn’t be in the position he’s in but at the same time, he’s not scared to go in at all, and is confident he can beat anyone. Horacio doesn’t have to speak to anyone just like how CT doesn’t either due to the fact the they’re both confident in there abilities. I like that abt him. Can someone plz tell MTV to stop giving us these alliance challenges. Hella boring. Colleen + Cory does nothing for this show cus just last week Corey wanted to make a move when speaking to Raven. @@ena__we4205 Every cast member who had played with CT has said that CT does talk strategy to people and plants seeds of what they should do and they go ahead and make those moves for him. CT is very much behind the scenes type of player in addition to being a very capable athlete. Horacio is much more like Landon, athletic ability but no game play.

Production is rigging these challenges! The people that “won” were the fastest but if you look closely you see that both teams used a W instead of an M in the word champion. Kyland said he pointed this out to production too but “it didn’t matter”. Had that been the case Kylands team would’ve won.
I can only imagine I’m in the house with my Ride or Die for over 8 weeks, and talk to everyone but Him about how I don’t talk to Him. That’s gotta be exhausting
Nurys is the most protected person in this game. Nurys is the one who disses Moriah for trying to protect James and yet now Nurys wants to protect Horacio and Kyland.

Colleen changed end of the story. She was not like this in Ride or Dies, and with Jay, she's really just seeking validation. Despite being at the bottom, she wants to insert herself and still hang with his alliance. So she did all that talking to Emmanuel and Zara for nothing.
I can hardly wait to see Jay's face when CT comes in. It would be even better to see CT send him home and as an added twist, Jay takes Michele with him.
It'd be interesting if they threw in a twist about needing to go into an elimination to get to a final. TJ keeps saying that if you want to be a champion you have to BEAT a champion. Ik it won't happen but they should have def had that format to begin with.

Nah he had to put the sport mode strap back on. The shoes they have made them wear are fucking terrible and multiple vets have had issues with them staying on.

If you're ever going to do one like this again (which, don't...), you need to give the champs some kind of advantage, whether it's letting them pick their opponent or the comp they're playing in. Watching veterans get flummoxed because most of them don't have the same quick twitch muscles as 40 year olds, as they did when they were 25...facing 25 y/o opponents. It's been a month of uninteresting TV, right on the back of what felt like production engineering Big T and Melissa out of the game, as a giant, uninteresting majority blob identifies the players they don't think they can beat in a final, and keeps sending them down to beat guys/girls old enough to be their parent, lather, rinse, repeat. Olivia has also been done crazy dirty with the "I am weak of brain, so this tension gives me the vapors..." edit they've given her, after MTV's shitty comp design fucking exploded her face, and she's continued to be a strong competitor coming off that... but being then shown consistently manipulated by smarmy Jay, to betray Horacio, who genuinely seems to border on being just too good a person to be in a game like this. It makes her look dumb, which I don't buy. Also, Horacio IS what you should be marketing to push The Challenge forward- a guy one or two levels below pro athlete, who's young, an exceptional competitor, seems to be one of the best PEOPLE ever on The Challenge... what he offers is a better brand of TV than the "Big Brother, but based off their longstanding relationships!" game you have so far this season.

what i dont like about Olivia is she claims that Horatio is ruining his game and then hers by not talking to people when in fact Olivia is ruining his game because shes goin around talking about how bad of a friend he is to her to everyone but him. her insecurities is whats hurting his game and the fact that she'd believe Jay so easily is concerning when its already been shown that he will say what he needs to to get to the end and he only "cares" about their "fantastic four" alliance. i hope Nurys wakes up cuz even tho Jay is her friend in real life, in this game, he is looking out for him and Michele first

As someone on the autistic spectrum it's reallt cool to see someone with autism doing so well on the challenge. I havent really liked Kyland before but this season has really made me respect him and like him a lot
Yeah, I agree with Drew. Coleen messed up. Jay told her to her face that if Ravyn isn't the target, that she would be the next option. Coleen & Emmanuel are playing super scared (in Emmanuel's case it makes a bit more sense since he wants Jay & Michelle vs Horacio & Kyland to play out) and are basically waiting for the chaos portion of the game to end at this point. The problem is if the numbers against Jay & Michele dwindle, they'll eventually get picked off. Secondly, the only guy that can beat Horacio or Kyland in a final in my mind is Ed; and the only girl(s) that can beat Zara in a final are Ravyn, and Moriah (maybe Coleen).
Can someone let me know if im wrong but couldn't they still got Jay to be the vote? Since Nurys burned her vote, Colleen and James could have still voted for Jay, making it Jay 6, Kyland 5, and Emanuel 1, no? Or am I missing something? 🤔
I hate when an alliance fails to form to challenge the dominant alliance in the house. I wish Kyland was making more of an effort to form an alliance when big T and Melissa were still in the house. But I guess the lower ranking Michelle and Jay pawns didn’t notice they would be next yet.

Oddly enough the villain of this season is Asaf. He’s trying to seem like some kind of genius but he just looks like a weasel. While I disagree with Colleen’s move, she’s too fine for me to hate on lol

Personally…I think Colleen did the right thing. She’s #3 on the hit list with a lot of drama bubbling so the game will change soon. She didn’t need to expose herself when the vote was already not going to happen. Let’s also not pretend like Colleen hasn’t been putting in work for this flip. We don’t see her just tell us in confessional she’s wants big moves. She’s talking to everyone in the house! Making visuals for them to see their placement! But people like Emmanuel and James just aren’t listening. When she fully flips it needs to be at the right time. Not wasted on an already failed attempt like this.
Colleen has already shown her cards and Jay has already made it clear that he really can't/WON'T protect her and so her name is ALWAYS on the chopping block. She's already been exposed. She's not flying under the radar like she thinks just because people are having convos with/around her. They still want her # to vote their way so DUH they're still going to have convos with her.

They play scared and then when there isnt enough people to make a move thats when they try and finally change something and it never works. I think they gonna bring the good eliminations like hall brawl and knot so fast for the next fase of the challenge to use those kinds of eliminations for the contenders.

Something I’ve said over the past few seasons but the Challenge really needs to bring back last place goes straight into elimination, I hate that there’s no penalty for losing and it’s just about the numbers. Also notice how Emanuel is quietly in these strategy talks, is he even in Jay and Michele’s alliance?

Getting tired of people gassing up and lying to Olivia and saying she carried Horacio last year
If anything, they both were carried because everybody was helping them in eliminations
I think Olivia is a good partner and she was doing all the social and political game play in their first season with Horacio the physical beast. I honestly think if she was not injured they could have won.
Horacio was really just chilling this season minding his own business which has everyone else spiraling
Jay and Michelle hate that they can’t shake Horacio and manipulate him into being their puppet. The 2 of them are soo insecure. Horacio is awesome. He maybe hes boring socially to some, but I personally love his mental fortitude.

Jay and Corey are really trying to be the next big villain of The Challenge, but they come off much more sad and desperate than conniving.

I liked Jay when he was an underdog in his friend season and pulled out some surprising elimination victories against people like CT. I'm becoming a Kyland fan this season. Used to love Jay his first few seasons but as time goes, he's just not what I look for in a challenger. Love Nurys tho!!!! She's not afraid to speak her mind and is loyal!

I could not agree more. I have always hated Michelle so much, but I loved Jay. He has let power go to his head though and now is no longer fun to watch. If he was on a real season the vets would put him in his place real quick!
Disliked Kyland in the Challenge USA 1 but I am liking him here.

The thing about Horocio is that he doesn't care about his social game because he doesn't care if he goes into an elimination. He could defeat most anyone they throw at him. We need a purge. There are way too many challengers still in the game. I'm hoping this mini final will get rid of some people.

Can we please talk about how Olivia threw Horacio under the bus and didn’t protect him. But then had the nerve to tell Horacio that she has been defending him. And I love Horacio so much and how naïve and innocent he is to think that Olivia tried her best to not have his name be called. And for him to think that she was actually defending him at the Club. This whole episode was actually frustrating.

She’s acting like a jealous girlfriend, honestly. She’s constantly pissed when he’s talking to anyone that isn’t her and is upset that he actually has friends this season. So rather than be a good friend and be supportive even though they’re in opposing alliances (they way Horacio is choosing to support her), she throws a fit and cries about how she carried him last season and he’s a bad friend. I really like Olivia last season, but the victim card she’s playing this season is pretty gross to me. I’m pulling so hard for Kyland, Horacio, Ed (if he gets out from under Michelle), or Ravyn ( now that she’s smartening back up).
I really hope that Kyland, Horacio and Rayvn get the respect they deserve their next season. I think the vets will, especially kyland winning against 2 champs while keep his composure after being the house vote almost everytime

They dropped the ball on Chaos. It should have been that you must win an elimination to qualify for the final. They would all be scrambling to go in and also terrified of the champs.

It is annoying but it's hard to fault Jay & Michelle. The problem is the voting methods. I've been suggesting for weeks it feels like that once you survive a draw you are safe until the end of Chaos OR everyone else has completed a turn at the Draw OR if the Chaos Mace was pulled.

So thrilled for this episode, expecting a major flip during the house vote, so disappointed AGAIN.
The trailer did look promising but it’s better to hope for the best and expect the worse lol. There is a comment in their from Kyland that made it sound like some people might be squirming.
I introduced my girlfriend to the challenge a few years ago, I want to say during Total Madness.
I had to go back and show her seasons before that and say, listen, I swear, this show WAS good. We used to get good competitors who are not scared of being eliminated because they had other sources of income instead of reality television.
The new challengers over the last few years play scared games. Pre-Total Madness seasons were so much better. I also think production made it easier to skate by on alliances.
Horacio takes loosing way too hard, does he realize that his team sabotaged him?
I think it just shows the kind of competitor he is. As someone who's played team sports my entire life, I kind of get it. But I also like the fact that he's never scared to fight for his place in the game by going down. Honestly, I don't know if he realizes he was sabotaged, he sometimes has terrible tunnel vision and need to be more aware of what's going on around him.

I actually loved the elimination this week. Not really any puzzle aspect just pure hustle and determination
Kyland beat 2 champs this season and none his elimination was a puzzle and they were elimination where the outside couldn't help ( They wouldn't have help him anyway but you get me). He won them fair and square. Kyland is one of those rare one of a kind players. Similarly to Horacio, he's a very complete player. He's very strong physically and at the same time very smart which is why he's a huge threat in a finale and Jay and his cult want him out.
The worst thing about the season is it seems there is an hour in the middle of each episode where it's just endless, meaningless talk about the votes. It's so bloated. Episodes should be 45 mins long.

After this episode, not one sentence out of Colleen’s mouth should say “I’m on the bottom of the alliance, we need to shake the game up.” You had your chance 🤦🏽♂️. Moriah is just as dumb telling the plan because she’s not in top of the alliance totem pole either. Terrible gameplay, good elimination win for Kyland. Also I’m hoping for CT’s revenge going against Jay in the next elimination.
Not me hoping that TJ throws them a curveball right before the final stating that anyone left who has been in an elimination and has beaten a champ is immune from the purge.
So far this season, there has only been a handful of people in the eliminations and TJ said it at the beginning, to be a champ, you need to beat a champ. More than half of these “knock offs” as Cara Maria called them haven’t even been in eliminations. I’m curious to see if it’s another “gold skull” season without the actual gold skull as to throw them off their games completely.
Most champs have to face incredibly hard decisions throughout their games and seasons and even if they themselves were thrown in over and over again, they still came out victorious.
The rest of the competitors who aren’t immune will have to go through a physical purge with all, some or most of the champs and whoever wins those may also go through.
Because think about it, all the eliminations have been puzzles and such like that, nothing insanely physical like we’re used to seeing. But because this is the flagship season and not a one off, we should have hall brawls, balls in, pole wrestle, (yes kaycee and big t did it, but that’s like the only physical one this season and it was early on) etc.

This episode irritated me so bad.. This whole season has annoyed me so bad... i would never be in an alliance with Colleen after what she did. How you go around and make an alliance with everyone thats at the bottom of michelle alliance just to go back on your word when its time to vote. Yeah that made me so mad. Never trust a person that's trying to play both sides because you don't wanna show who your really working with. I was so confused when they said they're about to make a big move but turned around and voted in kyland like how is that a big move when yall been throwing kyland down every time anyway and i don't like how asaf, michelle and jay is sitting so pretty like they're untouchable
The sad thing is Colleen, as a rookie in Season 38: Ride or Dies, she didn't play the game sideways now she's shown she doesn't care she wants a place for herself and Emmanuel that's about it.
So, I started rewatching this season, and I really appreciate the fact Kyland isn't afraid of being messy towards the big alliance. Fighting with Asaf after he lied to Melissa and with Jay (even though Kyland was very calm) makes me miss the way The Challenge used to be. Kyland knows what this show really is.
At least this season has a couple of shining players who seem to actually like The Challenge and aren't afraid of being a bit messy/silly.
I think this cast doesnt work for the challenge because they take everything so personal. Its a game for money! its not about being the most loyal and likeable, its about winning the prize and being loyal to yourself and your game! I feel like the OGs understood that and despite how people moved on screen they were still friends outside the game.
The challenge had a mixture of people who will cut your throat and people who had integrity. It’s like they put all the people with integrity on one season 🤦♀️

Kyland said on Twitter that after his first elimination he focused on his cardio so he might've been able to keep up and beat Brad, maybe.

Not gonna lie, Jay and Michelle are cowards. They think they’re better than everyone else when they haven’t been in a final. There alliance is crumbling and hopefully those two will get a sweet taste of karma.

Now i was happy that raven and kyland won the past few eliminations but i was irritated when they gave cara a puzzle to do during her elimination. I wanted her to send michelle home

I believe it's part of Olivia's strategy to paint a target on Horacio's back. She's intimidated by him and knows she will not beat him in a final. Going around to every player in the game to cry about how he doesn't have your back is politicking. She ain't slick. Also, she's jealous of his relationship with Nurys. She wants to be the main girl and not the side chick.
Jay reminds me of the dude from game of thrones that hides with Sam’s wife when the wildlings attack, and then Jon cuts his head off and right before he does it the guy goes I’m scared I’ve always been scared, that’s Jay thinking of ever having to go into a elimination, lol. You gotta love Horacio he just doesn’t give a shit to play a social game, I mean if he just made a minimum effort he probably wouldn’t be in the position he’s in but at the same time, he’s not scared to go in at all, and is confident he can beat anyone. The Jay impersonation had me dying, lol.
Horacio doesn’t have to speak to anyone just like how CT doesn’t either due to the fact the they’re both confident in there abilities. I like that abt him.

CT has never played the “oh, let’s be friends and I need to be social game”. He is always prepared to pay the piper.
@@ena__we4205 Every cast member who had played with CT has said that CT does talk strategy to people and plants seeds of what they should do and they go ahead and make those moves for him. CT is very much behind the scenes type of player in addition to being a very capable athlete. Horacio is much more like Landon, athletic ability but no game play.

Production is rigging these challenges! The people that “won” were the fastest but if you look closely you see that both teams used a W instead of an M in the word champion. Kyland said he pointed this out to production too but “it didn’t matter”. Had that been the case Kylands team would’ve won.
I can only imagine I’m in the house with my Ride or Die for over 8 weeks, and talk to everyone but Him about how I don’t talk to Him. That’s gotta be exhausting
Nurys is the most protected person in this game. Nurys is the one who disses Moriah for trying to protect James and yet now Nurys wants to protect Horacio and Kyland.
She was correct in her conversation with jay.
@@Mannequin22 I find it kinda hypocritical how adamant Nurys was at the beginning of the game to play a certain way but now that she has developed feelings/relationships for Kyland and Horacio her dictatorial ways are changing.

Colleen changed end of the story. She was not like this in Ride or Dies, and with Jay, she's really just seeking validation. Despite being at the bottom, she wants to insert herself and still hang with his alliance. So she did all that talking to Emmanuel and Zara for nothing.
I can hardly wait to see Jay's face when CT comes in. It would be even better to see CT send him home and as an added twist, Jay takes Michele with him.

It'd be interesting if they threw in a twist about needing to go into an elimination to get to a final. TJ keeps saying that if you want to be a champion you have to BEAT a champion. Ik it won't happen but they should have def had that format to begin with.
I hope that CT gets a physical elimination! But he’s also a beast at puzzles, so either way will be great to see him again!

Nah he had to put the sport mode strap back on. The shoes they have made them wear are fucking terrible and multiple vets have had issues with them staying on.

Man I used to really like Jay when he was the underdog but the power him and Michele have this season is soooo annoying. He needs to feel the heat. Too bad James and Colleen didn’t stick to the plan smh
If you're ever going to do one like this again (which, don't...), you need to give the champs some kind of advantage, whether it's letting them pick their opponent or the comp they're playing in.
Watching veterans get flummoxed because most of them don't have the same quick twitch muscles as 40 year olds, as they did when they were 25...facing 25 y/o opponents.
It's been a month of uninteresting TV, right on the back of what felt like production engineering Big T and Melissa out of the game, as a giant, uninteresting majority blob identifies the players they don't think they can beat in a final, and keeps sending them down to beat guys/girls old enough to be their parent, lather, rinse, repeat.
Olivia has also been done crazy dirty with the "I am weak of brain, so this tension gives me the vapors..." edit they've given her, after MTV's shitty comp design fucking exploded her face, and she's continued to be a strong competitor coming off that... but being then shown consistently manipulated by smarmy Jay, to betray Horacio, who genuinely seems to border on being just too good a person to be in a game like this. It makes her look dumb, which I don't buy.
Also, Horacio IS what you should be marketing to push The Challenge forward- a guy one or two levels below pro athlete, who's young, an exceptional competitor, seems to be one of the best PEOPLE ever on The Challenge... what he offers is a better brand of TV than the "Big Brother, but based off their longstanding relationships!" game you have so far this season.

what i dont like about Olivia is she claims that Horatio is ruining his game and then hers by not talking to people when in fact Olivia is ruining his game because shes goin around talking about how bad of a friend he is to her to everyone but him. her insecurities is whats hurting his game and the fact that she'd believe Jay so easily is concerning when its already been shown that he will say what he needs to to get to the end and he only "cares" about their "fantastic four" alliance. i hope Nurys wakes up cuz even tho Jay is her friend in real life, in this game, he is looking out for him and Michele first

As someone on the autistic spectrum it's reallt cool to see someone with autism doing so well on the challenge. I havent really liked Kyland before but this season has really made me respect him and like him a lot
Yeah, I agree with Drew. Coleen messed up. Jay told her to her face that if Ravyn isn't the target, that she would be the next option. Coleen & Emmanuel are playing super scared (in Emmanuel's case it makes a bit more sense since he wants Jay & Michelle vs Horacio & Kyland to play out) and are basically waiting for the chaos portion of the game to end at this point. The problem is if the numbers against Jay & Michele dwindle, they'll eventually get picked off.
Secondly, the only guy that can beat Horacio or Kyland in a final in my mind is Ed; and the only girl(s) that can beat Zara in a final are Ravyn, and Moriah (maybe Coleen).
I hate how many small team daily challenges there are this season.

I hate when an alliance fails to form to challenge the dominant alliance in the house.
I wish Kyland was making more of an effort to form an alliance when big T and Melissa were still in the house. But I guess the lower ranking Michelle and Jay pawns didn’t notice they would be next yet.
It’s weird we’ve had boring seasons before like this but I actually cared about the people playing the game. These people ( minus a couple) I couldn’t care less about.

Personally…I think Colleen did the right thing. She’s #3 on the hit list with a lot of drama bubbling so the game will change soon. She didn’t need to expose herself when the vote was already not going to happen. Let’s also not pretend like Colleen hasn’t been putting in work for this flip. We don’t see her just tell us in confessional she’s wants big moves. She’s talking to everyone in the house! Making visuals for them to see their placement! But people like Emmanuel and James just aren’t listening. When she fully flips it needs to be at the right time. Not wasted on an already failed attempt like this.
Colleen has already shown her cards and Jay has already made it clear that he really can't/WON'T protect her and so her name is ALWAYS on the chopping block. She's already been exposed. She's not flying under the radar like she thinks just because people are having convos with/around her. They still want her # to vote their way so DUH they're still going to have convos with her.
