If you mod fallout new vegas (MO2) with tickfix you can have more than 60fps and take advantage of the oleds 90hz display it really has a difference!

This game in 720p with FSR3 runs and looks amazingly, medium/high settings with 4x multisampling. You can play capped 90FPS at 10W draw which is around 5h of battery life.

The battery life running ultra on LCD Steam Deck is much worse due to the older battery. Definitely more so 2 - 3hours

Why use 1280x720 when the steamdeck is native 1280x800?

Bethesda games can sometimes have issues with resolutions that are not 16:9 :)
