So in addition to SFM using "Heavy Action"; the first clip after the preemption bumper was the ABC closed captioning bumper that was borrowed by WNEW.
I wonder if after the closed captioning bumper anyone might have mistakenly assumed that the channel got flipped to WABC for a split second.
2:57 is the Lorimar Presents logo. The DVD and Blu-Ray releases doesn’t have that, because it was part of the Warner Archive series. It was first released on VHS and Betamax in 1978 by Allied Artists Video.
0:13 is the SFM “Holiday Network” opening with the music from “Monday Night Football”. Same as with the bumper at 3:06 where it sounded a lot like “Monday Night Football”.
I'm from New York City this aired a day before my buddy and sister Roz 20th birthday
17:22 oh my! Raj Thomas doing KFC commercials between What's Happening and What's Happening Now.
