I was surprised at how into the gameplay I got, despite not liking Souls-like games - wincing each time Gildedtongue didn't seem to notice the counter tells, or didn't seem to grasp the mechanics of certain fights. One of the reasons I watch let's plays, as a form of "review" to see if it's a game I'd be interested in. After watching today's stream, I'm definitely getting Tails of Iron the next time I'm doing my usual monthly Steam purchases.
