@@kujo4737 if you have a warranty I'd recommend getting another pair. If you got the ps5 and ps4 version but are trying to connect to ps4 I'd also recommend getting the white ps4 only version, install the update and you should be good to go.

@@paulandrew_fc unfortunately no. I would get a different pair. If you have already done that then either you got multiple bad pairs which is unlikely or you have a problem with your console.
I've got both the black Camo and the new red cooling pads and both are great, but if you play for a long time or live in a hot climate I highly recommend the cooling pads!!! I've owned every headset you can imagine and for value the stealth 600 gen 2 are up there with the best sound you can get then adding the gel cooling ear pads just make it perfect! Also great customer service and warranty 👍🏼
@@Nothing-rs8wq yeah me too, but if you don’t want to hear yourself you just adjust it with the mic. there’s 2 sliders the one you need to adjust so you don’t hear yourself is the one that has the headset symbol, just put that one all the way and then you won’t hear yourself.
@@Nothing-rs8wq The audio hub will only work on the phone for the stealth 700 & elite 800. The hearing yourself through the mic is a feature in the headset, there is a slider especially for that that you can lower all the way

there should be two volume wheels, the top one controls all audio that comes out of the headphones, the lower one controls the input volume of your voice. you should be able to hear yourself talk, but if you dont want to, turn down the lower volume wheel

I'm confused. Why would the volume be just for your own voice? Why wouldn't it affect the game chat as a whole?
You have 2 sliders, one for what you call "mic sidetone" and one for game

That is because the dongle already comes paired to your headset when you buy them, or at least it is suppose to in most cases like mine.

It does, the 600 just does not come with any features for it, only if you want to update them you would need the app
