Included with my audible plus membership I found a book called Intuitive Eating, 4th Edition: A Revolutionary Anti-Diet Approach by Evelyn Tribole and Elyse Resch. In your early videos I saw you both were on keto and I too lost about 55 pounds in 3 months with it and just like many other times, thought something was wrong with me when I gained the weight back. After reading this book, I could see how I was feeling so powerless over food, how diets made me feel “safe,” and it really helped me to start to be nicer to myself because it’s a journey, I’ll tell ya, but this book brought a clarity and a relief I have never felt before. I feel inspired to share this here after reading the comments of so many others going through this frustration.
There is NOTHING wrong with being in a larger body, there is nothing wrong with enjoying all types of food. It’s our thoughts about those foods that are messing us all up.

Loved the Q & A!!!! I just had to laugh about the Hogwarts houses because one morning my wife was taking the online quizzes that say they "determine what house your supposed to be in" and kept getting Hufflepuff. So I took them and was Gryffindor in every one which made her even more angrier. She basically told me that I should be a Slytherin and that they were all rigged! Every time I have a tough day, which seems to be too often as of late, I toss on your videos to calm myself down. Just a quick FYI! The “Forrest moon of Endor” IS Endor. It’s like saying, “The city of Orlando.” Vader even says in the film, “A small Rebel force has penetrated the shield and landed ON Endor.” As always, great video and great Q&A!
It’s still very confusing because it’s the moon of Endor so what do you call the planet that the forest moon of Endor is orbiting?
@@OrdinaryAdventures You ask a very good point, and I wish that I had an answer. That's the burden of people like you/me/us that we want these answers, but in the end, when Lucas and the writers wrote it, I doubt he/they cared that much and to them that amazing Ewok planet was "just Endor." However, being a fan, I suppose if push came to shove, we could say MAYBE the planet is Sanctuary? I only say that because Palpatine says to Luke, "Your friends, up there on the Sanctuary moon, are walking into a trap." It seems that in-universe, at least with how Lucas thinks, a star system is named after it's main planet or moon. We are told it's the Mustafar System, for example, but then Mustafar itself is one of many moons orbiting a planet, at least from what we can see on-screen. I don't believe anyone in dialogue ever says, "The Endor System," so Endor is most likely the name of one of the moons that orbits Sanctuary, so we could assume it's the Sanctuary System? That's all just a guess, but in the end, I say we and everyone just goes with Endor being the moon as Vader himself says the Rebels landed on it! And not related to this: we cannot wait for your Wish videos! We hope you are having an amazing time!

My family has songs for our pets too lmaooo. My pup Skips song goes “skippy dippy, skippy dippy, he’s the skippy dippy pup, skippy dippy skippy dippy he’s the skippiest dippiest pup” 🤣. And then the splash mountain song zip a dee doo dah I just replace with skippidee doo da. It’s a fun way to show your affection and I think that pups like to be sung too🤣

The most relatable thing for me about the video is the fact that you guys make up songs about your dogs. We sing songs to and about him all of the time. Usually at the top of my lungs and at ridiculous octaves 😂 hubby was outside working on the yard when a fedex driver dropped off a package while I was singing one of the songs. They both looked at each other and aside from that, neither acknowledged what had just transpired 😂😂😂

I have a question… Do you guys make your own graphics / motion graphics? Love your intros and when you guys rate food, your own Kitra and Peter icons? Love how you guys have branded yourselves. Unfortunately we are not good enough artists to make the intros and logos. Most of our logos were made for us by artists on Fiverr. The 200k logo was made by one of my favorite artists of all time, Dave Perillo. The art for the intro in our videos was created by another great artist named Audrey Estok. She’s amazing. She created the art and we had someone on Fiverr animate it. As for the thumbnails and that stuff, that’s mostly Peter. He loves playing around with photoshop and creating those. We somehow stumbled into the color combinations for our branding and found our style.

Kitra, my fear is Death also. I've had it since early teens, maybe longer. Doesn't help that I was shuffled to family funerals as young as a year and a half, then my mom passed in 2013 at the age of 47 when I was 3 months pregnant with my first child, so I have that fear of not being here with my kid's. Thinking about one day not being here sends me into panic attacks.

Your wonderful, highly entertaining channel helps me relax, de-stress, and escape my hectic existence. I take care of my 82-year old mother who had 2 hip surgeries and I was her 24/7 caregiver while I worked from home which was a huge blessing. I love my mother dearly and want to give her the best of everything. Unfortunately, my health was negatively impacted and I now have chronic health issues which makes my work schedule tricky and challenging because I need to rest a lot to avoid getting sick with a flu or very severe cold .
Kitra, when you and Peter told us about your mother's passing, I cried many buckets of tears. You are truly emotionally stronger than me. I would have retreated and withdrawn from the world for 2 months because of panic attacks. I have intense separation anxiety. I still have panic attacks over the devastating loss of a dear beloved friend who passed away suddenly on May 25th, 2019. I did not have the chance to talk to him because I was dealing with my own issues. The panic arises from knowing I cannot hear his voice, see him , spend time with him, etc..... I take deep breaths slow and pray so I can regain my composure and get back to my schedule.
God bless you, Kitra and Peter!!! Praying both of you stay healthy and safe on all of your exciting adventures and take all of us with you. 😄😄😄❤❤❤ We love you both very much and wish you much success so you achieve your dreams. 🥰🥰🥰

The Jules Verne vibe is so amazing and Journey is one of the best rides ever in all of the Disney Parks. I used to live in Japan for 14 years, and never got tired of going to Tokyo Disney Sea.
