I just got mine today in Black. Love it, just love it. Previous owner of Fat Bob 114 and Twin Cam FXDLS. My back couldn't take the Dyna any longer. Though sporty and quick, so very much a gentle ride. What a magic carpet ride it is. Nice video Sir. Cheers!!
The only thing I don’t care for on my bike are the foot rests the way are positioned. I have a size 12 foot, and half of my foot is on the foot rests. They either need to be moved forward, or I need to just change them to the Switchback style foot rests. I recommend using the deflectors to fill in the gap between the motor and frame. Makes it a lot cooler on the body too! I disagree with your initial opinion on the windscreen since this design actually really works well. I can wear a baseball hat without issue for example. It doesn’t even flutter. Definitely ditch the mirrors to the Switchback style….way better look and function. The stock ones look cheap and are the oldest designed style known to motorcycles.
I have that exact motorcycle and kind of disappointed in the fact that it’s hard to see out of the mirrors between 20 503,000 RPM did you experience that on your test ride?
Lol i was gonna say, i got that windshield for my rg standard and it does the job. Obviously not as good as a 10+ inch but for sure better than the stock on the standard 24s
I absolutely do love the power and the way this motorcycle feels still a little disappointed with the vibration and the mirrors. Something I’ll live with until I decide to pull the motor apart and put a balanced crankshaft in it after 54 years of riding Harley-Davidson, and working on them. This is probably the best thing to ever come out of the factory, of course they said the same thing in 36 when the knucklehead came out

@@RK-de5wg that new fairing design does make a big difference!
IMHO The RG CVOST is the holy Grail for the 24 model year.

@@RichardJohnson-c6y visibility was good but yes do notice some blurring at higher RPMs. It was much worse on my 23 Street Glide CVO however.

@@PhillyRoadGlide yessir agreed. Did a better job than I remember on my 22 RG ST. Maybe the new fairing design helps a bit too.
