This dude really knows his stufff
I’ve got a ‘17 XLT RWD SC Sport 5.0. Bought new in ‘17, no issues whatsoever with regular preventive maintenance performed by dealer.
Vehicle looks, drives & tows great!
good video. good info. you can tell he knows this truck and all its many configurations.
The best interview of the truck nice job
Best f150 review!
That sport mode on my 17 supercharged Roush is wicked!
Nice review
What size bed cover will fit that 2017 spots
You forgot to explain how hard it is to get the back seats to fold forward. Yes they do fold forward. Unfortunately you have to RUclips it and it's a pain. You actually can buy a device that installs on the rear seats that assists you on folding them forward.
How much cabin noise you get inside on this 2.7 turbo eco engine ? My friend had 1.6 turbo Ford Escape n boy it was loud inside as turbo would stay engaged most the time on highway. 2.7 is still smaller engine considering its truck so I would think turbo would working a lot harder.
how much is the sport package
which is the price of the truck with discounts
How come you guys don't review the XLT 4x2's?
Does the sport 4x4 have the FX4 off road pkg?
FX4 is optional
The oil pressure gauge is just a idiot light
Ford's concept of "sport" really gets me sometimes...
20" rims and low profile tires on an F-150 is just blasphemy. Don't get me wrong, those 20s look good driving down the street but that's about it. When I think of sport truck I'm think about something I'd take in the mud, snow, or especially sand. I run 17" with 34" all terrain tires on my 2017 F-150. Although I did install an after-market leveling block, I plan on giving it a proper off-road suspension upgrade by a professional once I have enough money saved up. More air over rim gets you a better ride off road and you're able to air down tires without damaging your wheels. Replace the air dam with an actual metal skid plate that covers your belt and engine. Ford makes one standard on the Raptor but that same skid plate will work on any F-150 if you buy a different front bumper. Once you upgrade the tires and replace the bumper it becomes a completely different truck. The F-150 is very versatile and easy to modify compared to other brands. Parts fit across the board no matter what trim level you have. Hell, If you really wanted to you could order an authentic OEM Lariat special sport edition grille for $400 and install it under your garage in less than 1 hour even if you have an XL. The same thing with your stereo. Mine came with a small non-touch screen but all I had to do was remove a piece of plastic and replace the panel after installing the new SYNC 3 touch screen. Took only about 1 hours time.
Calling a 2.7 v6 any kind of sport is just sad. She wont outlast the coyote, very informative video though.
This truck will spank hemi’s
@@SureShotImagesya no
looks cheap w/o chrome
chrome makes it look cheap
Chrome or no chrome it's a big pile of shit.
Darren Crispin Ah, no,! Looks cheep with Chrome. My 2018 Ford F-150 Sport has no chrome except the headlights.
Chrome gives it a old man truck look.
