      probably not too foamy, most people add a surfactant in to help it trap the dirt, someone said fairy liquid works but not tried it myself.

      @@PartridgeExteriorCleaning I’d use hypo around the house myself but I hadn’t any idea it was that efficient just brushed on! Although I give mine a clean a couple of times a year so it’s never really that bad with growth.

    If you have a good pressure washer with a rotating patio brush attachment, then you don’t really need any chemicals. Speaking from years of experience. But I do appreciate your effort in cleaning, and posting this video. Stay safe. PS. You’ve got a 👍🏼 from me!

      I used to use a 4000psi washer in Florida and I hardly ever used chemicals. Only when they requested it and for cleaning pool screens, it makes it way faster.

    Doesn’t SH damage/kill the surrounding plants or grass? I need to get this treatment done due to bad black spots but worries about the plants/grass in my garden.

      If the plants are pre soaked then it won’t cause any harm, usually you’re only using a 2-3% mix anyways so it’s already diluted, then when you rinse it off it dilutes it even further. It is very uncommon for plants or vegetation to be harmed using this

      I was also concerned but bleach diluted breaks down into oxygen so I guess it’s fine if the plants are soaked through with water.

    So that's the stuff I've been trying to shift with my power washer. I stopped for a break whilst I left patio cleaning fluid on it as there's something out in the yard that seems to be superglued to it. Thanks for the info!

      I have tried this and not one black spot was dissolved! So is there something I’m missing?
      How long do you the Sh lie on the concrete? I mixed 1 part Sh with 3 parts water as you suggested.

      I believe it is Sodium Hypochlorite, don't know what strength it was to start with probably 12-15% and he mentioned in another comment the dilution was 1part SH to 3 parts water.

    He’s not going to show a real after photo when it’s dry. & I can also bet you he used real pressure tips off camera to get them spots up. I actually pressure wash for a living. That’s not coming up w/ just chems & a push broom. Do you know how many ppl would just do that themselves

    Don’t use 30 Seconds Outdoor Cleaner. It absolutely ruined my gutters, made gray spots. Did zip on cement.

    Just throw some fire to the P washer and use a wand not a circular washer. It may take more time but that pressurized water will seep into those cracks. If you feel the need to throw some Zep(cleaner) on beforehand and can afford the materials then I would suggest that. If you know you doing pressure washing and know how long they let the chemicals that insert then you should be fine.
