The town of 1770 - Queensland

Seventeen Seventy, sometimes written 1770 or Town of 1770, is a coastal town and locality in the Gladstone Region, Queensland, Australia, it is a great destination for the scenery and fishing.
You must book well in advance and it has the feel of an overcrowded and over used place.

That is amazing!! Had to look this one up. I bet that at one time this was quite the hidden gem.

It is an amazing place and has been legendary as a fishing destination for years, but like all good coastal spots, it has lost its charm and appeal to development. Still a great place to visit!
