This was so helpful! Thank you. I was diagnosed recently (at 42 yo) but I've spent my school years replicating that negativity pattern you explained. I felt incompetent and helpless. Made a lot of sense in my life the diagnosis . I have an 11 yo boy with ADHD and I'm determined to help him through it. Thank you for this!
