It's best to buy the 2 pack. Why replace just the one, replace both remotes batteries if you have two. Also I change out the wife's remote battery every daylight savings along with the carbon monoxide and smoke detectors.
I have had a problem with my remote going through batteries 1 every month. Come to find out the cellphone case magnet was draining them. Got a new case a realized my battery was lasting longer. Haha. Smart shopping ordering a 6 pack and always great to have a spare.

Where did you get this battery from, by chance?
We order our batteries through our distributor. You should be able to buy a battery at a big box stores or chain pharmacy.
I ordered mine through Amazon ; a pack of 6 not very expensive at all. Now have an extra for the 2nd key fob; plus duplicates after that.
