What’s even more crazy is this model r1 has zero rider assistance. No traction/wheelie control. Just power to the wheel. And he decides to turbo it 😂😂😂😂
I have this same year r1 with a turbo. I did not build it but my buddy who got it new did and it is rideable if you aren’t dumb but it is scary quick and you have to be in the right mood and mind set for it
I now own this bike. I bought it from dan who built it. The bike now is on a full Stand alone ecu system with wheelie control and traction control. He even installed cruise control on it. The bike is fun as hell and a forged engine right now too. I have videos on my page of it. Not enough but I do have some 😂

Any possibility you could lead me in the direction of a intercooler? I can not find one to fit the 07 r1 that can be hidden. Only one I've found is a big hunk that would have to sit up where the left headlight is
I am currently in the middle of my Turbo R1 project and your bike has been such an inspiration to me! How did you find how much M5 to inject? Also I see you designed your own plenum, could I send you some pics of mine to get your thoughts on it? Would be great to get an experienced opinion on it.

holly shtt, that spot at 4:12, i have been here before lmfao i was out riding with my friend and we went behind that gate and was racing around that road, i don't think the houses were built yet, the police came and we ran from them lol this was probably 16 years ago

Never! It sounds so much better through mufflers than it does straight piped. If you were wondering though, it sounds exactly like any other turbo 1000 without the mufflers.
The speed increases with the tach. If the clutch were slipping the tach would rise and the speed would stay the same or increase slowly. Definitely wheel spin.
I don't hear a turbo, your goofing around, I have an 07 with two 1lb bottles, spider 4 nozzle 50 shot in each, into each of the four throttle body, with an arming switch, a second map, switched, for more fuel, and a window switch to spray at 7.5 so I can keep both hands on the bars, it either breaks traction or you see the sky ..that is boost ..your goofing around that's nothing bro.

That is a zero gravity windscreen. Puig is better imo. I switched to a Puig since the video was made.
