As sad as deforestation and the plight of the orangutans on Borneo and Sumatra is, the sadder thing is that they're doing better than any of the (non human) African great apes.

How many days on the boat to the camp
From harbor to the station a few hours. Mostly they offer 3 day 2 night for enjoying explore the preserve of the jungle. Meet Orangutan isn't easy tho, sometimes you can't meet them because they are solitary apes. That's why guide offer 3 day 2 night for the journey
