Ive been listening to this every tim i go to sleep, doctor who is a mayor comfort for me so especially with my lack of sleep rhis helps. I can imagine the doctor letting me sleep in the TARDIS while he pilots it and this his own doctor things. Thank you.
These needed to just have the in and out and white noise without any interrupting extras like someone walking in and putting down a cup of tea and turning around and opening a creaky wooden door and walking out again This seems close

Piloting is such a chore, so much better letting someone else take the helm for a change
