As a child, I used to have sinister dreams; and some of them would involve me dreaming that I am waking up in cycles, just like in this film. I don't get dreams like this no more. My mother has terrifying dreams and she screams in her sleep and throw things and all sorts; she is worst than me! Maybe I inherited this trait to some extent.
Crappy "acting"...courtesy of UK. It's 90 minutes of some dippy chick running away from nothing in her dreams as people (all dudes) in her waking life get killed by her in her dreams. She's never in any danger despite the entire movie (minus unknown ending) she goes around screaming for help but never really needs it as she kills dude after dude "accidentally". Some feminist must have written this garbage. NEXT!!!!

What awful acting… What an awful script… What awful direction… No wonder this mess was critically panned on its release. It’s the sort of plot Jimmy Sangster used to write for Hammer but in this case Chris Wicking’s version (seemingly influenced by Wes Craven) falls flat on its face despite Timothy Spall’s scenery chewing performance and a lot of running around in the dark. At 48 minutes in there was an intriguing moment but then the irritating script lets everything down. How this movie was ever financed is a greater mystery than the convoluted sub-art house plot. Then, to make matters worse, if that’s possible, the last moments of the film are chopped off before you see the darn thing end. So much for RUclips!! Don’t do that Film Depot!

It's quite a gem from the obscure past considering the U.K.'s current globalist and jihad siege, also had one of the few well put together Goth lass depiction I'd ever seen in my peasant existence, excellent creative special effects and make up too for the time period and plot twist with to my surprise a wholesome ending...that chubby fellah, I recall that actor in 'Sweeny Todd,The Barber of fleet Street' with Johnny Depp, never notice, but he's quite attractive especially his mouth & toungue, too bad they wanted him fat indefinately. This film reminded me of an independent film with great use of condenced locations and few extras and focus on a small cast, gave me a nostalgic romantization I once felt for aspiring to travel to Europe considering it would have been a good use of the slave languages I was given as Mexican-American, but a las dreams and desires are dashed, I now await misfortunes challenges outcomes.

That photographer sure was creepy.
The actress that plays little Jenny is Annabelle Lanyon best known for her fairy character, Oona, in Legend. 😊
Well the face slap was certainly surprising 😵

So that’s how Wormtail became a Death Eater.
The films flaws are still offset by the production design, photography, FX & the atmospheric Bill Nelson soundtrack.
People watching: wow
People commenting: blah blah blah pet peeve blah blah blah blah blah.
