my grandpa took me here as a kid, I'll never forget those summer days where we bought a bag of peanuts and watched birds by the lighthouse, I gotta revisit before he gets too old to go anywhere, it'll be on my bucket list!

Do they have adult beverages? If so, can you walk around with them or is there a designated area you have to stay in? Thanks
Yes, they sell beer and your free to walk around, they even have a adult themed nights with a bar.

Is it a good idea to go on a cloudy day ?
Absolutely! A small portion of the Aquarium is located outside but not enough to not go. Most of the exhibits are indoors so you should be fine for the weather.
what other fun places do you recommend? did you get an annual pass/think its worth it?
At the time of recording many of the exhibits were closed, so I don’t think a annual pass is worth it. You can go to the LA zoo for half the price.
They do have an annual pass. Right now Wic offices have coupons on their literature table for $5 per person $40 annual family members unlimited. You don’t have to receive Wic to go grab this coupon.
