- The Normalized Difference Moisture Index (NDMI) is a numerical indicator to identify the Vegetation Moisture Content of a certain area. The map is simply inversive to the map of Bare Soil Index (BSI).
In this video, NDMI is calculated in ArcGIS raster calculator from Landsat 8 & 9 in the simplest way.
