I don't know how I made anything look good before I found your Tuesday Tip videos. I continue to learn wonderful tips from you after many years of stamping experience.
Another great tutorial Tuesday Tip. Cutting the rubber is a great one Ty. Placing the outline of the rubber stamps also a great tip. Please address placing layers correctly on your card place. Even on all sides.
I really like your personality but I love all the things you show us with using the things we already have.Love all the tricks you show us. Thanks so much. Helen
I have a sneaky tip for those larger stamps. I use a big rectangular quilting ruler as a block. Can fit my larger background and long sentiment stamps.
Love your hacks. Blob stamps love it. Oh and Puffins and Penguins are a different species of birds. But I knew what you were saying. I love all your videos!!
Great tips, Connie! I'm so glad you talked about the stampin pierce mat. My local demo never uses it and I see frustration in her classes from bad stamp contact. I always carry one in my bag when I go to her classes and share it. You are so right about the basic white cardstock being the best out there. In the past when I've had to make cards in bulk for an event or charity I've tried to cut corners with a store brand cardstock and end up throwing it out. SU white and vanilla work perfectly every time. Great for alcohol coloring, all types of ink, embossing, etc. I never go back to anything else.
I love to watch this segment. I always learn something. today I learned about the stencil to make sure you get the right size and shape of die for your sentiment. All of the tips are great, but that one I'll definitely use a lot! thanks for sharing!
You are absolutely the best-so knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, inspired, happy. You are a gift to all crafters. Thanks for all your tips and projects. Kathy
I always learn something new from your tips. Thanks for sharing. I was wondering if you have done tips on cleaning stamps and storing both stamps and dies. Ways to quickly find dies and find the perfect one. I guess it goes with just knowing what supplies you have. Maybe not have more than you can remember? Ha! 🤣. Missed seeing your pretty turquoise band too. 😊
Oh my! Hack #2 for sure! I began learning to make cards about 2 years ago and had thought I was clever using up paper I had left from years of scrapping. My take away even before Connie’s tip: USE QUALITY PAPER! StampinUp paper is awesome!
Wants do you do if the sticky from the back of the rubber stamp is gone?I bought a retired set for cancer survivor cards off eBay and the sticky part on the back if almost gone. Please let me know and thank you for all the great advice, beautiful cards, and happiness and energy you bring to your videos
Thank you Connie love all your tips, I keep them close by when crafting n it makes a HUGE difference, being that I'm very new at this, always learning something new from your videos , love them
Connie, this was for me, the entire vid! I learned so much to remedy my problems. Thank you. As a bonus, I didn’t even see that adorable tree set - now going to add that to my collection. You are a dear.
I was just about to say exactly the same thing!! I just learnt more in 30 minutes than I have from anywhere/anyone since I started trying to make cards again- after a 20 year break!! So grateful to find a demonstrator who truly cares 🥰💕💕
Fantastic helpful tips. I have and use the Stamparatus with the foam underneath a sheet of gridline paper cut to size when stamping. It's a lot easier for me.
@@simplysimplestamping Another thing, Connie - you mentioned that there is a difference between office bought cardstock and Stampin Up’s cardstock. I always use the white office bought cardstock, but now, I am going to start using SU’s and put it through the test!!
You have the prettiest blouses.

Hi Denise! Happy to help. What I do is gently place the layer down and don't press it in place until I can see that it is straight on all 4 sides.
Lots of great tips. Thank you for sharing 😊🤗

Non-permanent tape runner is a temporary solution but it only lasts for a few times.
I never thought about cutting the clear stamps to make two! Thank you! I did kinda freak out when you said you were going to do that! LOL!
I think it freaks a lot of people out. But it works well for me.
