Do ele shamans use precog? Checked abunch of top rated ppl and they dont have it
I have been struggling on ele this season, wayyyy more than season 1. I've changed up the build so much but not a lot seems to work consistently

@@cloud3997 Kinda This build that Pika is running is getting nerfed pretty hard he will get way less instant lava burst procs, but lava burst is going to hit harder so it's not that much weaker. They are trying to make people cast more lightning bolts but when you get interrupted it locks you out of all your totems which is why at a higher rating that's just not an option.
@@rabee53hoenstly ive been gearing wayy more crit like 30-35 percent and the casted volcanic surge build has huge burst windows it's insane. I like the flame shock rot build but it just didn't have finishing power. Utilizing spirit walkers Grace and pre cog will be important

Oh ya pika there is a weak aura you can get that tracks how many flame shocks u have active … so u can try and keep as close to six for primordial and just lb procs 🤙

You're not gonna be able to till you get a toon to 1600 rating. Then you can purchase the conquest chests for 375 conquest and send them to any lvl 70 toon

Idk man, nerfing skybreakers from 50% to 25% crit chance on flame shock and in addition fire ele only increases 15% flame shock tics ( before 33%) it's like no matter if they buff 12% lava burst, you won't have procs that often and your burst with meteor is gonna take longer. On the other side buffing lightning bolt 14% it's ok but tier2 only procs stormkeeper every 100 sec just one charge. And the pvp talent volcanic surge is garbage with the current build. Idk maybe is worthy to rebuild the stormkeeper build like in the last season. Gotta try it
@@dick7681 I take two storm keeper charges and crit lightning bolt around 160k. And my lave surge still procs even with 2 targets(quite a bit). But in general Don’t take volcanic surge! Other than storm keeper and healing surge I cast nothing.

Am I crazy or does ele basically not need to hard cast 90% of their spells in pvp, wtf is going on. I don't understand this game anymore.
Pretty much Ele for past few expacs, the only thing it hardcast is Hex-Lasso and Heal
They just buffed the hardcasting build actually. Pvp talent volcanic surge gets rid of instant lava bursts but they do like 55% more damage same with lightning bolt.

Becauase high rated plays out different. Lower ranks ele would be focused down and teamates wont help

Would be interesting to see some of the pro players try and develop and understanding of the game to take into AWC. If you use a simpler game (Rock Paper Scissors) as a template:
It would be fun to see them understand that Rock beats Scissors instead of what we see currently where the enemy picks paper and they pick rock, then rockk, then rocck, then roock, then rrock, etc...
It's another way of saying were not really seeing anyone win we are more seeing players lose to each other.
