If you mean the abilities showing up above his action bar that is TrufiGCD or something similar.
im not playing df but it looks like something was resetting your kick cd. thats absolutely broken
How did this man kick three times in the first match of the video? I never saw that ability go on cooldown
vanish reduces cd of other abilities by 20 sec (thats cd of kick) if talented - pretty busted but if you are not killing a person with that rog w/o vanishes is deadzo
