I do recommend that for the gear part you do get your rifle if you have it and put it in your trunk then get your handgun in your inventory/loadout. Also get all the gear that is not SWAT or Detective and put it in the trunk in case of a chase or accident. That just helps me. Great vid John!
I believe sheriffs do not have a jurisdiction. Since I’m sure all of this is liberty county, considering the name and the fact I’ve been playing for 4 years now, the sheriff should not have any jurisdiction. Police is a city department, while sheriffs are a county department, so as long as they stay in the county, they are technically in jurisdiction.
