Never go in the back of the persons vehicle you just pulled over, doing that they could easily just hit you and run you over. 2. If you are on Highway 55, Riverside Drive or any busy area, talk to them on the passenger side to avoid getting hit by traffic at all times. 3. A police chief has no regulations to possibly threaten to fire you. If a police chief is off-duty they have absolutely no reasonable rights to fire you even if they have high authority, what you do in these situations is you call way higher authorities to help this situation, I would recommend supervisors. These are all I have to give, continue making great videos.
This chief would probably be fired over here in germany himself if he would go faster than the limit, violate its own policy and threat officers to fire them

I know it's a roleplay & everything is scripted, but just telling you that you should go around your vehicle to go to the drive side instead of going behind his vehicle if you know what I mean.

I would report the chief to internal affairs immediately and a word of advice when you encounter a stop involving one of your own I would immediately radio for a supervisor
It’s really funny bc the speed limit was 75 and he went like a 100-105. I know my speed limit was lower but my bus driver would go 75-80 mph on a road with a 50 mph speed limit These two situations both go 25 over the limit I knew this for a fact because I would see the speed gauge because I sat up fornt
One thing I noticed is that you are out of your jurisdiction. City Cops aren’t really allowed on the HW, that is reserved to state troopers and sheriff deputies. Not just in ERLC but in real life too.

Some police forces like NYPD have highway patrol units but it is mainly state troopers or i guess? maybe sheriffs who knows.
