- Hi everyone, the “No 1 fruit” on these summer days is definitely watermelon right? Consisting of up to 95% water, it’s perfect for hydrating your body! It’s not only refreshing but also very rich in valuable vitamins and minerals.
Watermelons have been of great cultural significance since ancient times, and today there are even festivals dedicated to the fruit. To be honest, I love to eat #watermelon as it is, simply sliced and cold!

Simple Watermelon #cocktail (non-alcoholic):

- lime
- sparkling water
- mint
Watermelon-Salad (can be served as a #meze):
- feta cheese
- watermelon

- sumac
- salt to taste
Watermelon Gazpacho:
- watermelon
- 1 clove of garlic
- tomatoes
- shallots
- allspice
- salt to taste
Homemade Watermelon Jam:
- watermelon rind
- jam sugar (about half the amount of watermelon rind)
- zest and juice of a lemon (or 2 if you like a more liquid texture)
- cloves
- cinnamon
- vanilla
