Maybe it's just the mixing, but the snare sound is a bit wide with some reverb (natural?) and low in frequency instead of a sharp crack. Hi hat too but of course I can't get enough of VD, especially late recordings

been there... Virgil efortless and perfect drumming as always, bass not really present in the mix, allan messed up a couple of times. Can't really complain about the acoustics. Was at a planet X concert 3 yrs ago in the same venue and it was perfect, cant say the same about this years performance but it was ok i guess....
