For my ASUS I had to hold the analog stick thing in the back, in the down position for about 5 seconds hope this helps!!

Didn’t work for me. But I figured it out! Press ⬇️ on the joystick. Not to be confused with pressing the joystick in you have to press the joystick in the down direction for 5 seconds.

Ok this helped a little. I have the ASUS VP28UQG 28" 4K/UHD 3840x2160 1ms DP HDMI Adaptive Sync/FreeSync Eye Care Monitor so I only have 1 button and it’s the one that moves around. I don’t have any of the other ones so that’s the part that does not help. If you could help, that would be much appreciated.

Hi . In your case you have to unlock it like this by: . Pressing the Down key (the joystick down)for morethan five seconds to disable key lock function. Let me know If it works 😬

my joystick button seam to not work, Not sure if the button is broken or what (is fonctionel with other menu, but not on himself). GamePlus button and the 4 bars button (directional one) work fine. I'm trying to adjust brightness which I believe is in the gamevisual part. When clicking the directional top button the brightness settings are not accessible. Is there a way to fix this or access these settings without the button?
Edit: This is odd but I finally managed too access the settings when I turned overclock to on... Is this intended?

Hello there. I really love it BUT , you should understand why you buy it .
If you will take it for gaming is amazing (frequency is enough , size is enough, different mode of paying are enough) !!
For me my only (-) minus is missing of audio integrated in the monitor . So you cant play sounds without separate system or something .

bro i have the same screen than u , did u occur a latency on ur sensitivity in csgo when u swhitched to 165 hz? it's like my game was fine on 120 hz with this screen but since i swited it to 165 in windows and nvidia it's a disaster my sensitivity has been slowed down
