- A new study shows just how fast the Queen City is growing and the areas our new neighbors are leaving behind. The new study by a commercial real estate blog looked at census data between 2015 and 2019.

I grew up in South Florida. There was a large influx of folk from the upper, east coast. By the time I permanently relocated to northern Florida, it may as well have been little New York. It WAS pretty nice once. No more.
And they vote in the same trash they vote in up North 😢
Same case in South Carolina! So much charm being demolished and ran over for the influx of snobby northern transplants
i feel really bad for the local, new yorkers will change the driving habits(lots of horns honking). we're experiencing it now in FL

It is also happening with Californians. It's sad that these Democrat states like New York and California failed and now people come here where conservative models and culture have been successful.

The downtown is built on top of the first goldmine in the USA. When I lived there in the 80's quite a few of the locals pronounced it Shawlut. Good people 👍

This is what happens when you not one but three major corporate banks have headquarters in your city, two interstate highways, and two professional sports teams folks. Want it to stop get rid of the Banks.
