    Great idea, sure like your Ford pickup! A little extra security knowing that hopefully people will see that signal when your making a turn!

    That is great. People don't understand hand signals. While making a right hand turn signal, on coming drivers have waved at me.

      Thanks Doc. It's a very inexpensive safety upgrade. I've done the same for my old jeep too.

      I welded a piece of thin wall tubing to a flat plate. The plate was then screwed to the wood cab brace.

      I don't recall a name on it. But do a search on ebay for "bicycle turn signals". You'll find a variety of them.
