    And please, no backlash. I have my opinion just like everyone else has theirs. There is absolutely nothing wrong with disagreeing with someone, but there is also a fine line between a disagreement and a knock down drag out. I'm not looking for an argument here, I'm just expressing my opinion. I have that right.

    It's so funny that they don't talk about Downie's mistakes which are obvious, but every little wobble of the other gymnasts is brought to discussion.

    The gymnast after mustafina, is she new to the senior circuit? I have to say, I'm not impressed. She isn't your typical graceful Russian gymnast. Very sloppy....almost looks like the Americans. (I am an American and I think our gymnasts are awful when it comes to grace and form. )

      Kharenkova is a first year senior, yes.She's actually very clean - her awful leaps just detract from that. I think you may be confusing form with all the small checks she had.

      finally, there is an American who actually admits that American gymnasts aren't good at everything. respect for that. You are the first who can see the reality. Honestly, I think Iordache should have won. Her routine was more beautiful to watch and I have the feeling that the Russian gymnast was overscored at execution.

      Fuck you piece of shit so called American go live in Russia if you want to shame your own country you disgrace America has the best gymnast in the world fuck all the other countries....count the medals of all the recent major championships AMERCANS ARE THE BEST......FUCK THE REST....USA USA USA USA

      3748359, what's wrong with you? we are just expressing our opinions... You should clearly work on your manners and respect others work and opinions. In 2008 China was the best. Between 1996-2001/04 Romania was the best, and before that Soviet Union ruled, lets not forget about Czechoslovakia in 1960's. Also think at Svetlana Khorkina, Nadia Comaneci, Larisa Latynina, Oksana Chusovitina, Yordan Yovchev, Vitaly Scherbo, they are legends. USA has good gymansts, but they haven''t made any kind of big history yet. Another think to notice: Gaby Douglases and Shawn Jonshon's coach is Chinese, Raisman's and Sacramone's coach is Romanian, Maroney's coach is a former gymnast from Soviet Union, Liukin is Russian, Marta and Bela Karolyi are Hungarian, also from Romania. Kyla Ross has some Asiatic genes, as well as her coach. Douglas, Price, Biles, they all have African genes (I'm not being racist). Another think to notice is the big amount of hard skills named after non-American gymnasts: Tsukahara, Yurchenko, Amanar, Dragulescu, Onodi, Produnova, Mo, Khorkina, Mustafina, Cheng, Chusovitina, Kovasc, Comaneci, Stalder, Thkachev. You can see these skills in almost every major competition. These gymnast are capable to respect each other, I think we should do the same.

      Suhanski Adela I absolutely love Iordache, but have you even seen her beam? Her execution is way overscored almost all the time. Just look at her round off + layout. Mustafina had a few more wobbles, yes, but one thing she almost always wins on (except for her twisting form) is her execution.

    The male commentator doesn't know much about gymnastics

    • @MsJubjubbird
      @MsJubjubbird 10 лет назад +1

      Yes he sure is having fun! Anyway anything beats listening to Elfie and co. The commentators here may want the Brits to win but they're still quite objective.

      His name is Craig Heap and he is a retired gymnast from Burnley, he represented England at the commonwealth games in 1998 and 2002 winning gold in the team finals, he also went to the 2000 olympics games and was heavily involved in the 2012 London Olympics, so he does know a thing or two!!
