Garbage Pail Kids Series 1 CGC Cards Submission | Part 1

TOPIC: I submitted the ENTIRE first series of the Original Garbage Pail Kids to CGC cards. Now I most card graders use PSA, Beckket, or WGA to grade their cards, but me being a comic collector and familiar with CGC, I decided to go ahead and give CGC Cards a shot. @@virtualrealityfitness283 yes I just posted about it. Mostly 9.8 bronze but also some high grade ASM, TOS 39, and even a TMNT 1.

Fun video! That's a big bulk of GPK submissions for sure! I'm with you about liking pairings to have the same grading, preferably 9s and 10s haha 😂.

Lighting was tough to see the actual condition of each card. PSA is maybe a better guide on how they use their 10 point standard with a pop count that is pretty well-established for each GPK. Great presentation, and at least they are protected for all time now. Thanks for sharing.

I’m still learning on card grading but do know that rounded corners get hit hard. Also a lot of the cards were leaning hard to the left or to the right and that also affects grade. There could be surface wear minor scratching that would also hurt it. I have seen 2023 cards get 7s lol
