The process starts by finding disadvantaged children in other countries that are still forced to undergo gold fillings. In the most sustainable way, we pry the fillings from their teeth using sustainable tools, we then heat the gold using this nuclear reactor you see here. The gold is then poured onto a surface of ground panda bones, wherein the beauty of this home lies. All this could be yours if you only meet me at the crossroads at midnight and entrust to me, your soul.
Ok and? The fountains get filled once and use the same water as does the pool. What's not sustainable about that? They're not draining and refilling the pool and fountains daily and wasting the water. It's a one time thing. Plus they use rainwater for non drinkable water needs. Sounds pretty sustainable to me.

Hmmm what would be the best home to build in an earthquake zone? Let’s put a small cantilevered pool, a glass elevator, some grass above 1000 bottles of wine above precious art work above millions of dollars in exotic cars. What’s the worst that can happen?
to be fair, pools can actually act as dampers for earthquakes. I'm not sure how effective it would be on a house this size though as they're often used in high rise buildings, that or a large weight that is able to slide.

San Fran is not a desert
Literally on a peninsula
Lol "desert"
Ok and? The fountains get filled once and use the same water as does the pool. What's not sustainable about that? They're not draining and refilling the pool and fountains daily and wasting the water. It's a one time thing. Plus they use rainwater for non drinkable water needs. Sounds pretty sustainable to me.
