Hello do you know how to fix this problem? I finally got respond back from tt but said :
We took a look at the photo you sent us and the identification you provided does not appear to belong to the account holder as it did not match the videos uploaded by user. We require a valid form of identification for the account holder.
They said that but I am actually a real account holder of my real ID card, it's mine and nobody else, so how can I convince tiktok to change my age that I am the real 18+years old that are holder of my own account from my own Id card?
