It's crazy how he'd bulk up to 285lbs of pretty much mass and fat and then cut right down to 198lbs with more muscle tissue, size and thickness all together.
I doubt today's BB'ers would do 3hrs cardio a day along with 2 a day's weight sessions to get super hard and shredded, literally put the top 10 guys of this years olympia against the top 10 of the any 90's line up, you already know whose winning.
He always looked the same as a pro, he never put on any new size like lets say ronnie did or phil. He just got fat and then lost the fat and looked the same.

@@jamesrevere2992Mainly because he never went over a certain limit of steroids. He never took GH, insulin or trenbolone either.

The way he strict pressed 140s @ 4.20 was very impressive. Lee was very strong and made heavy weights look easy

In many videos Lee has said how he uses heavy weight and does 6-8 reps for all or at least most of his sets…crazy how well shaped he is for doing such low reps and just barley reaching the hypertrophic rep range
Lee also says... find what's best for you
Dorian was around the same rep range too. 6-8 reps is plenty to build muscle. Legs might need more

I only do 1 rep and way bigger than him.
It ist not about how big someone is in bodybuilding. It is about so much more, beginners often dont understand that.

AMAZING genetics, i remember seeing his pics as probably a teen and maybe drug free then? The drugs do plenty but he was GIFTED and Olympia material if it wasn't for his height. It's unfortunate to get older and lose what they had, time marches on for ALL athletes or people in general. They are physique stars not fighters but regardless that demands respect.
