@@lee4171 What are you talking about? It's about who ever had the best form and that was Münzer. Anyone who has seen it will tell you. Milos recently said that Münzer is and will remain the best of all time in this regard. As an Austrian, I know people who knew Münzer well. I don't know what his death changes the form he had.
@@Wuestenfuchs47 Do you know what form means at all? It's the style and strictness of the way the weight is moved. Munzer doesn't come close and Sarcev is just a loud mouth who says anything. Brush on on your English before you comment on another language. Munzer is never even mentioned when strict and correct form is spoken of.
It's crazy how he'd bulk up to 285lbs of pretty much mass and fat and then cut right down to 198lbs with more muscle tissue, size and thickness all together. I doubt today's BB'ers would do 3hrs cardio a day along with 2 a day's weight sessions to get super hard and shredded, literally put the top 10 guys of this years olympia against the top 10 of the any 90's line up, you already know whose winning.
He always looked the same as a pro, he never put on any new size like lets say ronnie did or phil. He just got fat and then lost the fat and looked the same.
In many videos Lee has said how he uses heavy weight and does 6-8 reps for all or at least most of his sets…crazy how well shaped he is for doing such low reps and just barley reaching the hypertrophic rep range
AMAZING genetics, i remember seeing his pics as probably a teen and maybe drug free then? The drugs do plenty but he was GIFTED and Olympia material if it wasn't for his height. It's unfortunate to get older and lose what they had, time marches on for ALL athletes or people in general. They are physique stars not fighters but regardless that demands respect.
Lee is my all time favorite. His attitude, physique and taste in automobiles is top notch.
I'm always down to watch 90s/early 2000s training footage. Thanks!
So much you can learn just by watching
Nobody ever showed better form than Lee.
I think he had probably the best genetics around, simply amazing and seeing him in his teens and maybe on nothing he was just born a BB.
Andreas Münzer is unsurpassed and always will be.
@@Wuestenfuchs47 Bollocks. I said form, not deadly condition. You need to be able to function. He didn't. As his autopsy proved.

The way he strict pressed 140s @ 4.20 was very impressive. Lee was very strong and made heavy weights look easy

@@jamesrevere2992Lee peaked and reached his limit very early so no wonder the offseason didnt do much
@@jamesrevere2992Mainly because he never went over a certain limit of steroids. He never took GH, insulin or trenbolone either.
Extremely grateful, especially for his commentary.

Lee also says... find what's best for you
Dorian was around the same rep range too. 6-8 reps is plenty to build muscle. Legs might need more
@@Pantelifts10yes Dorian also said he went 10-15 on legs
I only do 1 rep and way bigger than him.
It ist not about how big someone is in bodybuilding. It is about so much more, beginners often dont understand that.
