I made a flow bench with 4 approximately 97 CFM vaccum motors. Mostly for mild Sbc heads. I had a Hegelson calibration plate made to calibrate the flow bench. Should I use all 4 motors all the time? I plan on not measuring at 28 inches. I guess you would call it a floating pressure flow bench. I'm not a professional Just I guess you would probably call me a home gamer or a gearhead.
You can run them all together all the time . Then measure flow AND testpressure and then calculate to standerized testpressure of 28". If a Port flows better the testpressure drops and sometimes with equal flow . I do these tests on a Quadrant Scientific Flowlab 1400. Beyond a certain testpressure the flow doesn't increase anymore as the vacuum blower hits the max flow it can pump. But the lower testpressure with same flow equals more flow at 28 " testpressure.
You can't tune it up if its blown up.a true Warren Johnson quote.i wish I could learn just a fraction of what he knows
Best quote from the Expo! We could not agree more!
Rick Blood (RIP) built WJ's first accurate flow bench, and also worked with me on mine. The most precise bench on the planet. Provable.

We are not flow bench guys, so your guess is as good as ours.
