Thanks for the kind words about Harold Bettes. I was also friends with him, worked at SuperFlow in the early 90's, and attended the first 3 or 4 AETC's. Harold did a great job rounding up the amazing lineup of speakers and being the emcee.

George's TTT is one of the best down to earth engine a d racing technology shows on RUclips. If you don't learn something from every episode, you have the volume muted. Great stuff gentlemen. Regards Greg from Perth in Western Australia

George is a great guy, as well as a true wizard with engines and tuning.

I've been following George's work and His TTT on RUclips for quite a while. We need more of Him in this setting With Y'all not only giving Him pertinent questions but the opportunity to ramble as He is sometimes prone to do!
Thank Y'all so much for having Him on.

George is one of my favorite people to follow. A wealth of information and a guy's guy. And yes TEL is very dangerous. I still have a 1/2 a gallon of it in my garage.. My dad worked at a chemical storage plant and my father-in-law was an engineer at Ethyl corporation, which is the company that invented TEL for gasoline.

So... can you guys spec me a cheap as possible road race ford engine, I now have a vintage boss 302 race engine from a vintage A-Sedan mustang. I'm thinking I need a stroker bottom end and more modern heads. Looking for 600 hp. Should I just get a 351C block and stroke that to 400 then use yates heads? What cam? Its going in a GT1 68 mustang with 2010 ASA NASCAR chassis converted to road race spec. I figure the old boss 302 is probably 450hp, I need a lot more hp.

UK here, I used to read the YB forums years ago and when the so called harleys could have larger engines and no one else could have a V twin unless they were harley sponsered George was fuming and with good reason too. V and H did a great job dont get me wrong but it was unfair to the real engine guys like George and Star racing to try and compete. All he wanted was equality and what he got was NHRA taking bribes (In my opinion) to allow the so called harleys to do what they wanted. Disgraceful times. George always came across as a true gent too
