Bring your cadence up to around 100rpm at least. (Drop your elbows closer to parallel to the ground, the faster you spin, otherwise your butt will start bouncing). Your knees will thank you for it a few decades later, if not sooner. :) Always interesting to see scenery from other countries.
Group ride is always fun!! Keep the power on those legs, girl ;)

I hope you can ride with more women in the future, it´s the same in every country I guess. Here the proportion between male/female must be like 20 men 1 woman (but before the pandemic was something like 50/1 so it has improve).

새벽 4시에 일어나, 피곤한 몸을 이끌고 아침 6시에 출발이라 오늘 라이딩 거리는 120K! 휴~ 대단하십니다 민댕님! ㅋㅋㅋ 보는 내내 살짝 가슴 졸이며 봤네요! 정말 안전 라이딩이 무엇보다도 중요하다걸... ㅋㅋㅋ 서후고개와 중미산 사이에 있는 농부네 쉼터가! ㅋㅋㅋ 자덕들의 필수 쉼터이자 소중한 보급소입니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 오늘 라이딩! 운동 제대로 하셨네요 ㅋㅋㅋ 대표님의 전기 자전거가 부럽기만 합니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 암튼 무사히 120k 라이딩 끝내셨네요! 빌러클럽 오브 서울( 빌러 신디케이트 SYN 사이클링 클럽) 구경도 잘했습니다 ㅋㅋㅋ 공포스런 장마와 무지막지한 더위도 점점 끝나가네요! 8월도 수고 많으셨습니다. 민댕님& 감독님^^ ㅋㅋㅋ
