When the screen started to reduce in size at minute 27:00 I thought you were suffering a blackout 😅 You are in a great fitness level doing 340 km in 2 consecutive days is no joke. I dont know how you stayed awake during the dinner of the 1st day, I would create some kind of excuse and lock myself to sleep until 3am of the next day 😁 When you mention the rider leader was checking for someone to be at front I thought "he is too tall to draft behind someone else". I hope this is the first of many bike travels for you ☺

You have incredible stamina to ride back to back long distance rides.👍👏👏The coastal views and mountain viewpoints with the vivid and vibrant colors plus the drone footage was beautiful and serene to watch. Legs cramps are worse to happen during long distance rides. Staying hydrated will help with leg cramps. The end cookie video was amazing way to end the Taiwan trip. Great ride, congratulations Mindy. 340km in 2 days, not an easy undertaking. Sorry you were turned off by the indigenous meal. Keep hydrated and fuel up at every opportunity, to avoid surprises when hunger strikes. Grateful to all the people who organized this beautiful event, especially those working at the fueling stops.

I’m a little confused. What does your single and double elbow flick mean? We normally let go of the bar (left or right hand) to point to obstacles on the road. Wave right or left hand behind to let riders know to steer left or right side as they follow you. Flicking one of the elbows is to initiate rotation of the rider behind you or ask for a pull.

이틀 동안 멀고 높이 오르내리느라 애쓰셨어요. 타이완의 경치가 아주 볼 만 하네요. 기회가 나는대로 한 번 그 길로 자전거를 타러 가고 싶어요. 대회 관계자들 모두 대회를 준비하느라 고생하셨어요.

Legs cramps are worse to happen during long distance rides. Staying hydrated will help with leg cramps. The end cookie video was amazing way to end the Taiwan trip.
