I remember buying the Airfix Hampden from Hodgson's model shop in Whitton Middlesex. I must have been about 12. I was so fixated by the box art as I took it home I walked into a lamp post. Happy days.

Several of my all-favourites here. Fiat G50, Henschel 123 and Fokker Dr1. Failed on the Fieseler Storch however. Very fiddly and not an easy (for me) build.

These models reminds me about my Childhood in the seventies.
I still have an Airfix junkers Ju 52 on my bookshelf. It's painted in Winter camouflage like the one in the film Where Eagles dare 😎

I've got one in my stash. I wanted to paint it as it was in the 1969 film Battle of Britain, but it's got the wrong engines.
