MeshyTV yes, It was fairly easy with one issue with connecting the throttle cable. I had to disconnect the cable from the linkage to get enough slack.
@@James-zh8lc when i did this the throttle cables are so tight, it makes the throttle stay open, it won't snap back to being closed
MeshyTV you need to adjust the cable at the linkage as well. It is easy to adjust.

Everything is fine for me until I want to close up the housing, the throttle gets stuck. Any idea why ?

So I fell on my bike the throttle piece broke off and the break assembly broke as well any idea what I need to do to fix it it’s my first motorcycle

can i use graphite powder to lube the tube?
I tried with my 2017 r3 and could not get the throttle cable through the channel could get one on but not the other no matter witch way I tried it I was sketch about breaking the cable
You might have to adjust the throttle free play to give you more slack on the cable
Does anyone know what screw to use for the Cable housing at 1:00
Do i have to adjust slack or can i just install tube and thats it? Fairly new bike 2019
I did not have to adjust mine after install, everything lines up the same with the new tube.
I don't this upgrade but now when the bars are full lock to the left the cables get real tight and the throttle stays open
same, my throttle won't go down unless i manually turn it down

No vibrations at all. Made it a lot smoother
Ive heard the same isnt possible with the MT-03. Too bad. It looks like a great, easy, cheap mod.

you crazy Mt-03 and R3 are exactly the same bikes except body difference.
Definitely works lol. This was right when I started biking and didn't know anything. Purchased the part and worked great.

What exhaust is installed on your bike ?
It's the stock exhaust, I painted it black with high-temp paint.
Where to get adjustable levers ...??
They are MZS levers. I got them from Amazon

It's the OEM exhaust, but I painted the whole thing with high-temp black paint
Does any r6 year model throttle tube work?
2006-2012 model tube. That’s the white tube with the larger circumference you need to gain quicker full throttle 👌🏾
