i was thinking the same....I'm a fan of SWS but I admit that Keeling most of the times can't do the high notes, can somebody tell me way?
way in the past shows Kellin most of the times do a bad job with the vocales?

Monse Rodriguez Kellin tours hundreds of days a year, and he can't just tune his vocal cords if he gets tired. No amount practice can fix jet lag and lack of sleep, especially when he's writing such aerobic vocals.

Julian Comeau Weak excuses. You don't think Freddy Mercury played hundreds of shows and got jet lag? Matt Bellamy, etc. Kellin has consistently been awful live. Plenty of other singers who play just as many shows as him or more don't sound like crap live all the time. Kellin sucks. "He's tired and has jet lag and screams" is about the weakest excuse you could possibly muster for this hack.

I went to this concert it was amazing
So nostalgic for this. I first got into sws in summer 2016 and saw them at my 1st warped tour and saw them again that December. Love Madness so much and don’t like their stuff since then which sucks so much, but this video reminds me so much of when I got to see them :)
I'd like to see more of that guitar player Jack the cameraman always seems to miss him that's my boy

i think kellin's voice is perfect in here
don't want to sound like an annoying fan girl, but keep in mind this is my opinion. this performance was after 2 months of touring on warped, where they had shows almost every day. with sws' songs, it's a HUGE strain on kellin's voice. i am a bit biased because i like their music, but this is a terrible judge of their live performances. this is definitely one of their weaker sets. seeing them for the 5th time last night, i can confidently say they're a solid live band. kellin's vocals were extremely impressive last night, especially in their song fire (listen to a bit of it, you'll see it's an extremely vocally challenging song). there are videos of better performances of theirs i would highly recommend, but overall they are not as poor as live performers as this set makes them out to be. kellin's vocals are pretty damn impressive now
Caitlin Rielly maybe a pro singer should be able to look after his / her voice properly? It's not like he's being paid to sing...

@@justaguy8271 i guess any singer is having some voice troubles after so long time touring. In Kellin's case I think it's even harder because he's singing this high stuff (don't know what called?) and think that's harder than just singung "normal"
Old ass comment but he even said he ruined his voice before this show. I only saw them live once, was Warped 2013 or 2014 and they were extremely good (I truly questioned if he could hit the studio version notes live) and imo this performance was actually really good too lol not sure what people are talking about. Not his best but not bad at all! Many vocalists go for volume and intensity over nailing every note when it comes to live performances anyway

When I went to this I was so depressed. I thought about killing myself almost every single day and the NHS wasn't being very useful. Listening to better of dead is making me emotional now but when I was there I was really struggling not to cry because my dad took me and I didn't want him to know.
I'm in such a better place now but that whole day I couldn't stop thinking about killing myself because it would be the best time in my life and I knew it was going to get so much worse like always.

Honestly, I saw SWS last year (or maybe the year before last? I lose track of time, haha) when they toured with ONE OK ROCK and All Time Low, and Kellin's vocal were actually really good. I had been expecting his vocals to be bad because I always heard he sounded terrible live, but he sounded great. So I don't really know why he sounds bad in a lot of lives.
