The drugs were there. I did not put the narcotics here. It cannot be underestimated the damage that you have caused to the citizens of Pike County, to law enforcement who every day get up and face the same sort of stresses that you do. This whole case was fishy and I have no idea how he - you know what? You know what? I’m granting. I am granting - I am, I’m, I’m rescinding the sentence.
Sometimes, law enforcement officers fall on the wrong side of justice. They can be anything from corrupt to pure evil, using their position of power to commit unspeakable atrocities.
But justice often prevails and it doesn’t look kindly on these kinds of officers. Let’s explore some of the most evil law enforcement officers who thought they could get away with crimes but got caught.
This case takes us to Jackson County Florida. The trial of Zachary Wester, a former sheriff's deputy, was a lengthy one.
He was charged with 67 counts of racketeering, fabricating evidence, false imprisonment, and possession of controlled substances. Wester was accused of planting drugs in a dozen vehicles during random traffic stops.

That last case judge was AMAZING! I have never seen a judge go after a Prosecutor so tenaciously before. WOW, justice can be found in that courtroom! So wonderful to see!

Last one wasn't even a cop, it was just some random DIU getting a break because the judge felt like it 🤷

In that last case the prosecutor should've been fined for contempt of court not letting the judge speak etc if a defendant had done that jail time would have followed 😮
